As another poster said, they never answer the phone anymore, doesn't matter what day or time of day. That's a surefire way to turn a quick, two minute question into some frustrated person coming to the post office in person and causing a scene.

This post office never answers their phone. I am always disconnected. I do not get mail at this address and they left a package on my porch. The postal police cannot even reach them. This federal agency is a disgrace.

I’ve been trying to retrieve a package of mine that they delivered to an address that doesn’t exist. After many unanswered calls and even after filing a service request and doing everything right according to the us postal service I received no response. Selden post office also reached out and received no response. I finally got someone to answer who wasn’t particularly nice and had no idea what a service request was, she said the address did not exist and she thinks it was scanned delivered accidentally and supervisor would call me the next day and he never did. I’ve tried several more times to call and no one ever answers the phone. I still have no idea where my package is and no answers.

Never had a problem and always prompt and courteous service. Packaging is secured, always advised of the best choices of mail.

Could not access hold mail on the computer. I was heading back from Fl and called the Post office and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful in handling my request. She went out of her way to help me.
