I pulled in, and spoke with the Manager who I already assumed would give me a hard time, because it was almost closing time, but he listened to my issue, found out the problem, and assured me that he would do his best to 'get me on my way'. What I can tell you is during this whole trying time. They were the ones who answered the phone without having to leave a message. and were knowledgeable on the process. Good luck getting a human being on the phone when you call your agent. Mid county kept me in the loop when the insurance companies contacted them. If I ever have to deal with a collision scenario again. I would definitely use them again.”
