A Gentleman like no other we broke down on sunrise got a double flat this man Tony went above and beyond to help me and my family put 2 new tires on my truck and got us on our way come to find out the tires are $80 cheaper price than where I originally get them at Mavis I am a customer for life thank you Tony

I’ve been coming to Tony for 20 years. There is no one else to go to for the best service and price. He is a gentleman. He is a friend, and most of all, he cares for all his customers. Please take a look at his shop. It is spotless inside. When I said something to Tony, he gave all the credit to his son. It looks like a work of art.

I had a terrible experience at Tires by Tony. I went in for a tire replacement due to a slow leak and opted for a used tire for $40. Right away, I noticed my tire pressure monitor wasn't reading the tire pressure after the replacement, though it was working fine before. The owner, Tony, assured me it would fix itself after driving for a while. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.
When I returned weeks later, Tony was incredibly unhelpful and defensive. Instead of simply checking the tire pressure monitor, he argued with me and accused me of trying to scam him. After much back-and-forth, he finally agreed to check the tire, only to discover that the battery in the tire pressure monitor had died during the replacement. Had he calmly explained or checked this initially, it would have saved a lot of time and frustration.
The worst part was his unprofessional and rude behavior. He refused to help any further and told me to take my business elsewhere. He even became intimidating towards my brother-in-law, who was there to help explain the issue. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
In summary, this place has horrible customer service. Tony breaks things on your car while changing tires and charges high prices for low-quality work. I strongly advise against going to Tires by Tony. Save your money and time, and go somewhere else. This place doesn't deserve to be in business, and if I could give a zero-star review, I would, but I can't. ?️??

I have been using Tony for so many years .. he is the best .. I think every single customer will agree that he is honest and kind .. this morning at 7:30 he rescued me again .. I had my car at Mercedes for 3 weeks they could not find leak .. I had to be towed to Mavis for a blowout on a different tire and asked them to check .. they could not find it .. well, today in 1.2 seconds they found the leak repaired my tire and I made it to work on time!!! Look no further .. this is the place !!

This is my second time going to this wonderful place and this will always be my go-to place when I need tires. The service is beyond awesome!!! SIX star service! I heavily recommend them!

*ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERIVICE.*
Needed a used or new tire. The bottom line was very rude and told me $45 for a used continental ( while looking at tread ) said you want it, lady? Cash or charge if cash No Tax, I said hmmmm $45? Just as I was going to say ok. He said Either you want it or you don't!" I can sell this tire 25x's over. I said, "Excuse me!" He told the other guy ( who took my original tire off to put the tire back on, have a nice day and find someplace else.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! VERY RUDE! VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE!

Everyone in the neighborhood knows Tony. Nail in your tire or need 4 new tires Tony will hook you up. He and his son are the best guys to go to. They have been in business for many years because they have a track record for honest prices, great work, and it’s always good to catch up with the crew.

They have fixed flats on my cars at least 10 times. Never ever an issue. In and out in no time. No attitude. When it comes to fixing a flat you don't want to go to a gas station, wait for them to free up to get you done blah blah blah. Highly recommend.

This is the BEST place for tires. Honest treatment, fair prices and great service. Cant ask for more. Have been here a few times over the past 10 years and it’s always been a pleasure. Today I went in for a flat and on a budget I got a used tire. I said I should probably get two and he checked other side and said it was fine and didn’t need it. Most places would just take the extra money, but at Tony’s I know I can trust them to treat me right. Thanks!

1 stars is too many. Have a flat tire and called to see if he has specific tire in stock. He cut me off and said I have to come in to see. I asked if he can check to see if it’s in stock before I come down to make sure, he said absolutely not. Awful customer service. Have heard bad things about this place but figured give him the benefit. Not sure how his guy runs his own business with being so rude to customers??
