“I should have left a review years ago as Charlie’s has been providing top notch care since I moved to the neighborhood many years ago. Every time I’ve needed anything, from advice to an obscure medicine, Charlie’s has repeatedly come through. Helpful, knowledgeable staff is always a pleasure to deal with and they’re always ready to help with recommendations or expert facts on the medication we’ve been prescribed. They provide care the chain pharmacies are incapable or unwilling to provide. Im always in favor of patronizing a local business over a chain store”

“The store as a whole is well stocked, well organized and has associates available to help almost all the time. The actual pharmacy does tend to have a wait BUT the pharmacists and technicians work hard. They operate like an old school pharmacy, discussing side effects and interactions when they dispense meds. They speak to people directly, and they take the time to make sure everything is correct. I have seen a lot of reviews about the staff "acting overwhelmed" but I think this might be a reflection of the general patience of this community. The staff here are gems, and there aren't many pharmacies that operate like this anymore, especially not a large company like CVS. We are lucky to have this place!”
