“Who enjoys going to the Doctor? Pretty much no one, but that’s probably because you haven’t been to this office. I needed a physical for a clinical rotation and my primary couldn’t get me in but I called and spoke with Sandy and she helped me more than I even realized I needed. She may be the nicest human being alive and I’ve never met her in person. Arrived today and was greeted by Cristal who checked me in told me what paperwork she would need all with a smile on her face like she actually enjoyed speaking with me. Next up was Daniela who I found out will be a treating medical professional in just a couple months, her future patients will be very lucky to have her with her personality and patient care, anywhere will be lucky to have her. Finally there is Amy and if I didn’t know any better I’d swear there is a competition between all these great women to see who can be nicer than the last. I was not sick but I’d bet had I been just speaking with this team I would have started getting better immediately. You can’t teach bedside manner but if you could Amy would be the Professor. People that write reviews typically complain about the smallest of issues but if anyone ever wrote a negative review of this crew I’d love to talk with them because I can’t picture them being capable of doing wrong. 10/10 send your family and friends!!! Tell them Fox sent ya!!! Oh and by the way this office is about 45’ from my home and I’m not even remotely upset about it.”
“First time here and I must say The staff are professional, quick, and kind. Blood work is as painless as possible ( coming from someone who hates needles that’s huge.) Being left handed can also be an issue for places as the staff are use to needling the opposite arm. 10/10”

“This is the only lab I visit if I given a choice. The Babylon location is clean and usually does not have any wait. Christine and Katrina are always friendly. Their positive attitude shows they care and enjoy what they do. Sunrise Labs gets their results back to you in an expedited manner so your doctor can quickly make an assessment and decide what is the best care you may need. This place gets an A+ in my book.”

“Overall I've never had issues with this location. Most times I've gone I'm in and out within 15 minutes. The wait time really depends on the timing. A few times I've gone the wait can be longer if they have a lot of people needing to get blood drawn. The staff I've interacted with were all very nice. I'm glad they had updated to the new suite a few years ago since the waiting room is now a waiting room. If it does get crowded they suggest leaving your phone number on the sign in sheet and they will call when they are ready for you.”
“My experience with Mobile Health in Hempstead was nice! The staff was very friendly and professional. I didn't feel anything was off when it came to how they treated me. My appointment was for 10 AM and I waited about half an hour. However, I was there for a little under an hour overall, which was fine.”

“I was terrified to get my blood work done at my PCP since the nurse practitioner was having trouble finding a vein to draw blood. I opted to walk in at this Northwell lab in Plainview. I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. This is this is the kind of assurance and assistance that make us want to keep coming. Thank you Claudia for making the process so smooth. Yes, I trust the Universe that everything will be fine. “I have a huge phobia of bloodwork. The woman did what I needed her to do for me to relax. My blood was coming out slow so it took a very long time and was poked several times but she kept checking in on me and gave me time to breathe in between pokes. Didn't get frustrated or yell at me once.”
“Made an appointment a month and a half in advance. Got there 10 minutes early, and I get a text to sign in. I was taken in two minutes before my appointment time. Knowledgeable staff got me in and out quickly. I asked if there was a co-pay, they said no. We'll see. Great review for quest at this location.”

“I came to Massapequa location because Freeport is terrible! Brian was the lab tech that called me in 5 minutes after I arrived. He was absolutely terrific drawing 12 vials of blood. He made it easy, no pain, found the veins that would work ended it with care and concern. If you can get Brian ask for him. Stay away from Freeport Quest also Seaford. Poor management at Seaford and Freeport is a mess! & expect to get parking tickets because they keep you waiting hours! If you're late 5 minutes, they will not see you! :0”
