Horrible experience. My car was towed to Final Touch back in December 2023 due to an accident and they told me my car did not start. The mechanic called me to say the engine went so I got it out if there and brought it home where my brother who is a mechanic got it started with no problem. It was a minor issue that final touch made worse! People told me they wanted to just fix my car if I had it totaled since it was deemed a total loss but I bought it back and they would have fixed it and sold it! Can’t trust them. Beware!

I give it a 5 star because my dad works there and he works hard and does a very good job when it’s a Saturday he works in his car and he leaves it very clean and very shiny if there is a scratch he colors them with paint that he uses in work and it is very pretty my dad is WILMER?

I was referred to this shop by a friend and I must say I am beyond satisfied that I went with them! Def not like an experience I’d say I had with any other shop! They were super welcoming, polite and reassuring and kept me up to date on my car progress making it a very smooth and pleasant experience! You can tell they really care about their customers and they really worked hard on the car making it picture perfect!! I must say my overall experience with their service exceeded my expectations and I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful job they did. I felt as if I walked out with a brand new car! . I cannot stress enough for anyone looking to getting any car repair or work done to come here because I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

Nick and Peter did a fantastic job with the car. They were timely and fairly priced. Cleaned the car in and out upon pickup. The work was clean and looks brand new. Definitely highly recommend them.
