Funny I left a bad review before and its gone. The pharmacy always treated me like trash here. Glad I found a family pharmacy nearby that is a totally different experience.

I had a problem with my online coupons, and Ermina #10 was a great help. Ermina helped me with professionalism, and her helpful personality made my day at CVS on Seaman Neck Road.

Poorly run retail store. Floor is dirty. Shelves are empty. Displays are in disarray. More than enough help floating around in front, but it seems that’s all they do. Float around. No one picks merchandise up off of the floor. No one straightens up shelves. No one refills displays. And they had zero infant suppositories in stock. I owned pharmacies. In never ran out of certain items: alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, aspirin and infant suppositories. Shame on them.

CVS has got to be the most inconvenient store. Simply running in for something like deodorant or soap becomes an ordeal trying to find an employee to unlock it. I understand the losers of society steal stuff but this is a serious inconvenience for everyone else. Finding an employee to unlock the case is very difficult they don’t respond to the call buttons. I understand they are busy and I'm sure having to unlock a bar of soap is a constant nuisance for them. I used to shop here alot I wont anymore.

The rudest pharmacy staff ! Girl who answered phone had an attitude. I was the one waiting on hold for ten min. Unprofessional. Not getting into the situation but need to go to another cvs. This one is incompetent. Have to give it one star since there are no zeros!! Horrible!

The pharmacy staff is beyond rude. They constantly appear and have an attitude as if they are SO overwhelmed even during the RARE times that you may go and there isn't a ten person line. People who use the pharmacy use it because they are not feeling well or need their medication to stay well, not to be treated poorly, spoken down to, and rushed through inquiries. Its a gross negligence for any person who chooses to be dealing with sick and vulnerable people to feel it ok to treat people the way the female pharmacist at this cvs location does. I was unable to get her name as she failed to provide it as she promptly answered the call with a "cvs, hold." I did call during a busy time of the morning, so I let the curt greeting and the 15 min wait before she picked up again go. But when she picked back up she could have not been more unpleasant or unwilling to help, in fact she was rude and condescending on top of not being helpful at all. I attempted to get her name at the end of the call, but rather than "can I help with anything else", she hung up without giving me a chance to speak. The CVS in Amityville on Montauk Hwy was far more helpful. Gabrielle, the pharmacist at that location actually went out of her way to help me figure out the issue and it was just as busy at that location at that time.Edit: Her name is Kathy. I had the pleasure of dealing with her nasty attitude again today.

Worst experience of my life, this is going to be explained in my next podcast which has 100k listeners!! Your staff is not trained properly, they treat people poorly and have no regard for social norms…eating a bag of chips, while doing their job at the Cash register!!

Drive-thru has a “out of service” sign most of the time. Really inconvenient for a mom or elderly person on the go.
