“I've been banking with the bellmore branch for over 10 years and they feel like family from the manager on down the line. It's one of the rare experiences nowadays where you feel like your bank is there to help you. I don't know why people use commercial banks when this option is available. All the branches are better than commercial but I go out of my way when possible to go to Bellmore. Island Fed should use Bellmore as the model to emulate. Kathy ,the branch manager, is the most helpful person I've ever experienced while banking.”

He spent about an hour with me & called the fraud department to dispute the charges & gave me so many helpful tips on how to protect my card info from being stolen. “I recently found myself in a difficult situation I made many calls to TFCU and quite frankly I was given the run around until I went to the credit union location in Massapequa and fortunately I met Cheryl Jacobson and thank goodness I did she was helpful and empathetic and I feel went above and beyond and was not judge mental. She was a breath of fresh air for me. She introduced me to Ray and Anthony they too did try to help Anthony took the time to reach out to me by phone.
