Biggest ripoff 7-11 on Long Island… Asked the guy why the charged more for a cigar, his response was the boss told us to raise all the prices for no reason. Not a good way to take care of your loyal customers…

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location to cash and $40 worth of lotto tickets and was told we do not have any money for them so you have to buy more tickets what is the law from New York lottery stating that you have to keep $500 of your money for New York lotto I think it’s unfair this owner is a telling their employees that we don’t take lotto tickets to be redeemed for cash that you must buy new tickets what a disgrace this has happened in the past And this is why 7-Eleven is going to go out of business because they refused to do for their customers and out for themselves

Store turned around. I only come at night times. They do need a new crew working there. But the nighttime guy is cool, same with the older man during the nighttime. They have a verity of candies that I like to buy. If something is out of stock it's stocked right up or they go to the back and grab it for me. Very pleased

The 7-Eleven is garbage. Just garbage. I have been coming to the 7-Eleven since they opened in 1982. I walk through a snowstorm when I was 12 on the day they opened to get a free E.T. poster. Now, the store is unclean, unkempt, and unfriendly! Today (7/21/2021), I walked in for bread and half the bread had already expired (not the first time I’ve seen expired merchandise at this store). When I checked out, I asked for a bag because I was walking. The guy behind the counter (short guy with glasses who I think may be the owner) rolled his eyes at me and begrudgingly gives me one bag that could only fit one of the two items I bought. The place has become just terrible and even though they are conveniently located for me, I will never shop at this 7-Eleven again! Good riddance!

I've been coming here for a while and it's really gone down hill. But what's really the cause of the two stars is there's this one staff member short Indian guy with short hair. Every time I've come to this store the dude is out in his car (even when he's the only staff working). And when he's not in his he's walking around the store with no mask laughing and joking around. I mean it's a pandemic and masks are required for patrons to go into the store. So it's kind of a slap in the face. I'd understand if he was behind the counter with the plexiglass shield the whole time but he's not, he's in and out of the store and hardly behind the counter. It's really uncomfortable and honestly I don't think I'm coming back.

False advertise prices have been a customer for over a year and a half and only went to that 7-Eleven to support local businesses around us. when I went in there to buy beer they had the price tag that said 11.99 the man told me no it was 13.99 I asked to show him we went back there he saw it and still said sorry can't do anything about that I'm charging you 13.99. And I asked him you're really gonna lose a customer over two dollars he said sorry and shooed me out the store while while laughing with other customers behind us blatantly disrespecting me. It's not the point of one dollar or pennies it's the principle if you advertise a price respected and honor it. Then change it

2 daytime elderly managers are horrible, horrible people. The shelves and beverages are neatly and fully stocked so I'll give them that but the 2 seeming owners of this store are a disaster.

This is the bagel with cream cheese I purchased here. The store is dirty and grungy. They clearly deliberately rip off customers.

These are horrible, horrible people. The owner YELLS at the customers and violently BANGS the counter. Not appropriate. Not professional. Close this store. There is a better one just 2 blocks down the road on 4350 Merrick Rd. I don't feel comfortable at this location & I hope justice will be served. Stay safe.

Terrible terrible customer service, the lady at the store could not answer simple questions regarding the business and if there was a tech on the site. If you can't multitask, honey this job is not for you. Find something else. You don't need a manager when you have common sense.
