Never again. If I could score lower than one start I would...Horrible experience. I purchased a French Bourgogne ($20.00) and opened it that night for dinner. Completely corked and both smelled and tasted like wet mold. I poured out our glasses, recorked and returned the following day to simply replace it with the same bottle.They refused to an exchange saying they never heard the word corked before. This isn't a fancy wine store, but they definitely sell some higher end bottles.ANY REPUTABLE wine store (or reastaurant) both knows this taint, it causes, and will immediately replace the bottle. This place has no honor for their customer or their product.Stay away.... let the buyer beware!!

Takes about 20 minutes to get your order...... Coffe stinks it's weak...... when you walk in and order your breakfast the person takes the order and cooks it himself in the back just causes the line to jam up big time...... they should have a designated cook in the back!!!!

The place is nice and clean. Service is good. But the bagels and pastries are rarely fresh. I have gone here a couple of times out of convenience and was disappointed every time. We just bought a dozen bagels at 9am on a Sunday morning and they seem to be a day old. Very disappointed

I've been coming here faithfully for 10 years now. When they're in their game they are one of the best and tastiest bagels you'll find in the area. When they're off their game it can be a bit of a let down. They recently hired a student to help on the weekends... he's kind of a disaster. The regular employees are otherwise great. Do check to make sure the salad (potato/macaroni/etc) is fresh as they're not always diligent about checking that stuff. I hope things improve and I can feel more comfortable raising the rating in the future as they could be great.

Omg I had the worst phone experience ever the lady at the store was so rude and and disgusting I called and asked a question about a price and she got upset cause I asked question and hung up on me so I called back and asked her why did she hang up I just want to know a price and told me I ask too much questions and I told her that's not how you speak to customers and not proper customer service and she told me to come settle this and hanged up on me again! I recently moved here and wanted to know a price before I go there and this woman was just so disgusting to to me on the phone I will never go here ever! Rather go spend my money else where.

Nice place. Comfy cafe atmosphere and friendly service. The bagel was good. I got the egg bagel and they have a lovely selection of cream cheeses. I got a smoothie without yogurt and loved it. Great prices too!

Each time I order the same breakfast and get charged between 5.25 -8.70 they make up the prices dependent on their mood no way to run a business food ok usually not what you ordered

Just had piece of paper towel in our egg salad but more important to mention the attitudes from the older lady and man behind the counter is a bit much. North shore/sea cliff needs a new bagel store that actually has nice people who actually give a damn
