Gilligan Realty was amazing to us. They helped purchase a great home at the right price, which we are in the process of renovating into our dream home. Since we are new to the neighborhood, they helped us understand what's around, which school our son would go to, etc. I can't thank Gilligan Realty enough.

We loved every minute of working with Sarah from Gilligan Realty. She's incredibly knowledgeable, extremely patient and was always available when we had questions, concerns or just wanted to bounce ideas off of her. And when it came time to make an offer, we felt good knowing that Sarah was in our corner with the local insights, marketplace knowledge and great negotiating skills to help us get where we needed to be. We couldn't have been happier nor could our experience with Sarah and with Gilligan have been any better.
In the end we got a fantastic house that we love. The only downside is that we don't get to see Sarah as much!
