Hundreds of miles from home and the 4x4 was blinking warning/service issues. Called & talked with Jason. His team was able to see me immediately. With a quick look, a few adjustments and drive they had me back on the road in <hour with tips on what to have serviced once home. Felt confident leaving vehicle was road ready. Would recommend to any local or owner driving through.

Liked the dealership so much bought a second vehicle 2017 F150 drove for a week -notice few problems, they were fixed and truck runs great !
Will definitely buy from them again.

Just stopped in for an inspection and oil change, no waiting, clean shop and friendly customer service, all for under $100 with Veteran Discount and only took an hour?! Can't do that at the dealer or jiffy lube.

Took my truck in for suspension work - only to find that this has to be the most honest shop I’ve ever come across— they looked over everything and found nothing wrong .
I’ve had a lot of vehicles in my days and I’ve NEVER come across a more honest shop in my 57 years on this planet- they Have my up most RESPECT. As most other shops would of LIED just to get your business—
Hope I never have any repairs that need to be done but if I do - I know exactly where I’ll be taking my truck and will be totally telling everyone I know about this shop — A+ in my book and I’m picky.

It's really nice to have a Mechanic that you are able to trust and bonus... they are so close to home! Michaels has exceeded my expectations. I happened to run across this shop one day on my way home from work. I called and spoke to Kayla. I described my problems and right away she was willing to go out of her way to help me. We scheduled an appointment. She went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed in a timely manner. She even found that my wheel bearing needed to be replaced! They were done that day with no problems. They were all wonderful! Kayla surprised me with a card and gift as I was leaving because she remembered that I had mentioned it was my Birthday! I can't express my gratitude and appreciation for such dedicated, thoughtful, hardworking people that work for your reputable business. I have already told several friends! Great job everyone! I went to Michael's Automotive for an inspection, they had my car in and out in 20 minutes. It was my first time going there, they were very friendly, and courteous and knowledgeable, I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be going back, my mechanic recommended them, as he unfortunately is down due to injuries and needs surgery, plus he is good friends with the Family.
