“Always clean and busy but I like it here because it has the top loader washers for my personal clothing.I suggest not going on a Saturday afternoon because that seems to be the busiest time....Sunday is more relaxing over there.I do wish they had more signs of what products they offered because I bought a bottle of laundry detergent at Stewart's for more than I wanted but it bear out going into Walmart and standing in huge lines....only to find out by accident that they sold small bottles of liquid detergent... could've save a few dollars but hey now I know.”

“Just tried out the new wash and fold service and I am NOT disappointed! Dropped my clothes off in the morning before work and picked them up washed and folded the same afternoon, all for a very reasonable price. Not sure if I'll ever go back to doing my own laundry again with such a convenient option so close to home.”

“The location is a little sketchy, but the laundromat itself had everything I was looking for. The coin machines were both working. There was a vending machine with detergent and bags available. There were even a couple of arcade games inside. The owner was there the whole time, so you can tell it is kept up on.”

“I've been going to the place for a few years now and it's way better than any other similar facilities in the area. It's generally super clean. (So tons of points for that). Great hours. I try to get the wash in by 9. So it's not 24 hours but dry till 11 or so. It's the safest feeling of any laundromat around I've been to and my gf agrees. And most important the washers do a very good job as well as the dryers. Agree that the washers don't have a flood of water but if your a "spike your nearest tree" militant like me, you'll appreciate the water savings. I sometimes bring an extra gallon of my own. A small price to pay to save those dolphins! And I have no experience with the dry cleaning but who leaves drycleaning at a place that specializes in WET cleaning. A few years ago I probably over packed a washer and the soap didn't dissolve (yeah I'm double lame for using dry soap but...) Anyways the dude pumped a couple washers full of quarters and I was off and running again. An excellent laundromat.”

“A hidden gem in downtown Schenectady. I have used five star cleaners on various occasions. They have assisted me with everything from dry cleaning suits to getting mud stains out of comforters from my dogs. They have quick turn around times and are very affordable. I highly recommend checking them out if you ever need anything dry cleaned. They also do a great job with wedding dresses and preservation.”

“I happen to stop in while the owner was there and he’s a very nice guy. I think the machines and overall environment are maintained to the best of his ability. There happen to be another customer who had an issue with laundry she’d done previously and he listened to her, apologized, and showed her a number to call if she has issues going forward. I come in to do my heavy bulk items usually and never have a problem.”

“I brought in a bridesmaids dress that was ordered online. Needed to be hemmed quite a bit, multi layer fabric. Also needed the bust let out 2 inches to zip around the middle. And asked for a hook be added above the zipper. Worth every penny. The dress I got back was perfect for me. 2 week wait. Would absolutely go back.Service: Alterations”

“I only used the washers so I can't comment about the dryers very much. The laundromat was very clean. The change machine worked. There were plenty of washers and dryers available. The washing machines were nice. They were a bit older but they weren't bad or broken or anything. The one I used was clean. It washed the clothes very well. There isn't a lot of seating space. There were a couple chairs inside and some benches outside. Most people sat in their car waiting for their clothes.”
