While facility is kept clean, there are 30-50 percent of the machines out of order at any given time. I'd rather they skip the music feed which can't be heard over the din of the machines and put the money toward machine maintenance. Seeking alternatives even though it is walkable to my house.

Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. They don’t take care of anything. The water backs up into the machines when they should be draining so other peoples stinky soaps pollute your laundry. Less than half the machines are operational. It’s a disgrace. I’ve been to laundromats all over the country and have never seen worse.

Everytime I go there more washers and dryers are out of service. Why aren't they fixing them? This place is very convenient for me and I try to go when there is very little business but it is getting harder. Please get the machines fixed, the community relies on this laundromat and we are a community that matters.Like the location but everytime I go more and more machines are out of order. If a service is going to be provided the least they can do is make sure their machines are working. Taking my business elsewhere, where the machines are working.

It's been two years since my last one-star review of this place, and if anything, it's gotten worse. At least there used to be signs (on half the machines) saying "out of order". Now you put your laundry in a dryer and the machine stops working a few minutes in, which shouldn't surprise anyone considering the squealing and squeaking these poorly maintained units make. Don't bother calling the number on the window for assistance. You just get a recording directing you to another number. This place is a complete joke. Unfortunately, the butt of the joke is the working-class people who have to use the place. Seriously, if you have ANY other option than this so-called "laundromat", use it. This is beyond incompetence. It's completely irresponsible and exploitative. FIX YOUR MACHINES OR SELL THE PLACE TO SOMEONE WHO WILL!!!

Not like this place ,always problem coins in washer and dryers which is no note on it to let us know .it's rip off and no one answer phone for help .

This is my local laundromat. It advertises air conditioning, but there has been none for several months. With the door always closed it’s like a nice little toaster oven. Also always at least six machines out of order. Pretty frustrating, probably a better bet to go somewhere else.Update: Even more machines out of order. And now the whole building smells like someone took a dump on the floor.

I'm here with a large comforter and every single large dryer has an error code not to mention most of the washing machines. Do you just need to clean out the lint?

Just tried out the new wash and fold service and I am NOT disappointed! Dropped my clothes off in the morning before work and picked them up washed and folded the same afternoon, all for a very reasonable price.Not sure if I'll ever go back to doing my own laundry again with such a convenient option so close to home.

Area is always clean and tidy, even more so with the newly added attendant. Love that they're open 24 hours, can always do laundry late a night.
