Total of 3 seats, 75% of machines out of order, no detergent, bathroom is locked, no ac. Absolutely awful avoid and go to supersuds

Out of 20 washing machines, only 5 are working.

While facility is kept clean, there are 30-50 percent of the machines out of order at any given time. I'd rather they skip the music feed which can't be heard over the din of the machines and put the money toward machine maintenance. Seeking alternatives even though it is walkable to my house.
