After our accident, minor as it was, I was worried about what to expect and thought the worse. Dealing with insurance companies and auto repair shops can be stressful. However, I chose Frank and Sons because they are local for us. Katie was terrific in explaining not only their process but also how the insurance companies work and she set my mind at ease. Todd's expertise in providing us with an estimate and getting us scheduled for the repairs was fantastic. We had the work done and it was beyond expectations; it was perfect! This is an honest, efficient, classy operation and five stars is not enough. If you go anywhere else, you're foolish. My opinion!!

Frank & Sons staff did a wonderful job fixing our RAV4 which was rear ended and wrecked the back tailgate which needed to be replaced. Paint match is exact and work is not only impeccable but was done very quickly. Great shop to deal with. I highly recommend.

Our 2016 GMC 2500HD pickup with Denali trim developed peeling paint below the window on the driver's side rear door. This was a factory issue but due to the age of the truck GMC would not cover it. Brought the truck to Frank & Sons who did a marvelous job of repainting the whole door to match the rest of the white body. The job was done in three days. Great people to work with but very busy which is why there was a three month wait to get the job done. Well worth it.

I was in an auto accident this morning and I did not think it was bad until I started driving my van, something is is really wrong. Clock spring is definitely broke and the front end was making a scrubbingnoise. Was sent to a body shop but they could not help me for 2-3 days. So I called Frank & Sons and Ann Marie had me bring it right over. She called a tow service and had it towed to their location. She helped me get a car rental so I could continue on with my job. Very nice people and helpful. Met the owner Frank, really nice guy! All thumbs up guys!!! Ann Marie your awesome girl!!!!

After a storm blown branch dented my car's hood, I took it to Frank & Sons, where I've been taking all our family's cars for nearly 40 years. There's a reason they're one of my. Insurance company's premiere shops and I had to wait 6 months. Todd, Scott and the entire crew are quite simply the very best.
