My wife and I come in without an appointment, but she didn't have to wait long. The woman that cut my wife's hair, did not cut her hair even, so my wife had to fix it herself when she got home. That was disappointing, especially since it was thirty dollars, plus tip. The girl that cut my wife's hair seemed high on something.

Very busy shop. They don't take reservations. Liv gave me a great quick trim. Prices are great plus they have special discounted days.

I took my grandson in for a hair cut at 12:08 today gave the girl my info and she responded with ok your all set it will be 30 minute wait, I said ok no problem. So 20 minutes goes by another girl comes walking in takes a seat next to us, 50 minutes goes by lady walks out calls the girl next to us to go up, so I say yo the girl wait a second, can you tell me how much longer it’s gonna be we’ve been waiting for a child’s hair cut since 12:08 it’s been almost an hour this girl walks in she’s taken before us so she says hold on 5 minutes later she comes back saying well our next appt is at 1:45…. I say to her that’s not fair we’ve already been waiting an hour when it was suppose to be 30 minutes and now you’re telling me this she looks at me and says ya sorry. I walked out and will never return and I’m telling everyone I k ow with children or for yourself to never go to a place that treats not only adult customers but Children the way the did! Horrible and very disrespectful!!!!!

Amanda was spectacular. Her professionalism and kindness to my 92 year old mom was wonderful. Plus my mom's hair cut was lovely.

Great experience, but longer wait times. Wasn't planning on wasting my Saturday morning waiting for a haircut. Adding another stylist could reduce the wait time. Maybe a stylist for just men as our cuts take 10 mins. It's the perms and colors that add to my wait time.

I have been growing my hair out for 2 years. I came for a trim. This lady looked fresh out of school. And cut deep in to my hair. My hair was really long but now I can't even put it into a ponytail. I went home and cried. I usually go there past couple years. Now not even a chance. I'm never getting my hair cut again ?!

Had 5 stylus and not one could take me told me a hour and a half for a simple hair cut this is why I don't go to these salons anymore cause it's always something

This is my second time at Fantastic Sams. I must say Amanda is absolutely awesome, talented and so personable. My haircut and color/highlights looks the best it ever has! If you want a change and connect with a great stylist, Amanda is your gal! I am so happy and received lots of compliments!

Went in to use a gift certificate with no expiration date..was told I couldn't use it because they no longer had the bank account it was drawn off..as if they didn't withdraw the money when the account was closed ?!?!?!?...
