First time today visiting this CVS, I really enjoyed my shopping experience here, I picked up my medicine the employee was nice and courteous, everything went well I purchased somethings also the employee at check out help me to understand something and she was real nice and very polite, it was very clean well organized and easy to find things, best CVS I've gone to so far š

Team members who helped with my passport photos were helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The team member at the pharmacy was closing up the pharmacy but when she saw me she said she had time to help me get my prescription before closing. I appreciated that since I have a bedridden member of my family at home and I donāt always get a chance to get to the pharmacy. Thank you team members!

Pharmacy staff are rude and incompetent. They have been running my prescriptions through the wrong insurance for months despite me changing the insurance they have on file every time I'm there. Be prepared to wait in line for an hour just for them to tell you your insurance denied your prescription because they're still running outdated information.

Super service and quality. Would not get my prescriptions anywhere else. The pharmacists knows me by name and always explains my prescriptions to me.

Being told my prescription was ready. Upon arrival at CVS, only to find out they didn't have my product and would have to order. Will give me a call when filled. Here I am full circle again.

This is literally the worst CVS location in the Capital Region. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them since I moved to the area. They are unprofessional. Rude. And furthermore, they donāt even bother to tell you if they donāt have your script or if they donāt plan to fill it. I highly recommend if you move to the area finding a different pharmacist

If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely the rudest and most inconsiderate pharmacy staff, ever. One day I stood at the counter, every person behind it looked at me, and then proceeded ignore me. Today the pharmacist returned a call and was incredibly rude to me on the phone. When I called another pharmacy for help, they told me everyone was jumping ship from the Scotia CVS because the staff was so rude.
Such a shame, after doing business there with no problems for 25 years.

If I could give no stars, I would! Firstly, I receive a 30 day prescription and they don't understand the concept that filling it on day 31 leaves me with no meds when I take them at 7am everyday. Secondly, when I was arguing with them on Day 30 to get my meds, they all failed to mention that you have to ask for them to be expedited and if you don't you could go the entire day without your meds. It is now 10am, 3hrs after I take them and I now need to wait even longer to get them. This should be told to the customer before they have meds sent here. Oh yeah, I was here setting up an account PRIOR to having my meds being sent over. If you want a pharmacy that'll treat you right and fill your meds when needed, I recommend Walmart, not CVS. The only reason I came here was for convenience due to me working in the area, but still needed to drive an hour to get here because their fill schedule is absolutely ABSURD!

Youre rating is 3.7 for a reason. The staff have become a real issue. Especially the new ones. There was a male that worked evenings i heard insult 2 women to the point where I had to day something to him.Last night you have a young tan skinned woman she's new. She cracks the pickup window open to a degree she can't hear me or reach my money. I have to step out of the car and slide the money through the crack. Why can't she use the drawer? So as I'm standing there, I say this is ridiculous. She says what's ridiculous? I respond this whole thing.No she's taken my money and refuses to wait on me while my sick child is in the car wondering what's going on.The lady that's been there long term gets my meds right away.Idk what these peoples agendas are. They're making 90k a year to count pills. If they aren't there to serve the public or act professionally in their treatment of the public, say so and I'll be more than happy to go elsewhere.This is a small community location that serves the community where it lies. People come to you for medication l, which means they are I'll to some extent. They deserve to be treated courteously. Your pharmacist and techs have a responsibility throguh the cannon of ethics to act in a manner which their profession dictates.I'm both incidents the employees were not treated rudely or inconsiderably.Management needs to watch their films amd take action.

Thank you CVS for keeping me update with my pills. Before I use walmart pharmacy all my families prescription but I keep on calling them the status of my prescription. So glad to choose CVS.
