I ended up suing them for breach of contract. Their overall work, conduct and professionalism was poor. Based on other reviews, it sounds like many have negative issues with them.

Customer service means a lot. Good luck if you have an issue or want help. They just take your money, give excuses, and you're stuck figuring out what to do. Take your business somewhere else unless you enjoy talking to rude people.
