“Had an issue with the touchless car wash and the guy ran me through again. Emailed the company and Sebastian got back to be right away. Very courteous person to talk to on the phone and I will be signing up for the tunnel wash for my truck. Self serve and touch free work great for my challenger but my truck will benefit from the tunnel service. All in all a great place to wash your vehicle, they also Pre soak your vehicle before running it through which I’ve noticed at some other car washes they don’t. Always friendly staff as well. “I have had Colin’s Detail Garage detail three of my vehicles. A 2012 Honda Civic, 2021 Kia Sorento, and a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate. The Honda Civic and Kia Sorento were both very dirty upon dropping them off for their first detail. They had not been washed in at least six months, and had lots of dust, dirt, and moderate dog hair on the interior. Colin’s Detail Garage did an excellent job of getting these vehicles back to excellent condition. The 2023 GMC Sierra was the cleanest of the cars I brought to Colin’s Detail Garage, however, this truck has black paint that is notoriously difficult to keep scratch-free. Colin’s Detail Garage washed it multiple times and was able to get a showroom quality finish without any scratches. Let me stress that even just dragging a soft-bristle brush across this paint can cause scratching, so finding a detailer who can wash it without adding a scratch is very difficult. Good technique is key, and being patient enough to do as much touch-free cleaning as possible before doing a “contact” wash is what achieves the best results.

Working with Colin’s Detail Garage is very easy. They are responsive to both calls and text messages. They can generally complete your vehicle in a few hours, or two of your vehicles in one day. You can drop your vehicle off the night before, or 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. You can bring them a car with a totally trashed interior, or a nearly clean car that you just want to be perfected. They are also happy to accommodate special requests. For example, I did not want any dressings or detail sprays to be applied to the interior of one of my cars and they happily agreed.

Before choosing Colin’s Detail Garage, I considered all of the other detailing shops in my local area including Down To Detail, Thomas' Detailing, Dialed Inn Auto Spa, RVO's Detailing, Fisher auto detailing, Blanding Detailing LLC, Showroom Car Care, Extreme Auto Detailing, and Baias Custom Detailing. Based on prior customer reviews, and price quotes, I actually first chose Fisher auto detailing to detail one of my cars. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I had a bad experience with Fisher auto detailing, which led me to Colin’s Detail Garage for my remaining vehicles. In summary, Colin’s Detail Garage is the lowest priced of all these local businesses and simultaneously provides the best overall quality of service based on my experience and prior customer reviews. They are a hidden gem, and if you are trying to choose where to get your car detailed I would highly recommend you choose them.”

“I had my 2021 Honda CRV Touring detailed and ceramic coated this past spring of 2024 at Next Level Detailing (JP Harrell).
I had used Next Level previously and was impressed beyond the words already on most of the reviews already posted....I'll just add "incredibly good results".
This time however I put JP and his wonderful wife Lynn to a really big test......late spring there was a wet heavy snowfall locally and I brainlessly used an aluminum handled push broom to "push" the snow off my Honda and even though I realized the broom end had buckled due to the heavy snow I just kept on using the bent broom like I was dumber than a bag of rocks.
A couple days later I noticed a big scratch on my door handle and thought that was weird until I looked over the entire car.....OMG I was devastated seeing scratches all over the place and it was all my fault.
I went to my dealer and they said best thing to do is repaint the whole car and I said no I'll live with it.
On my way home JP came to my mind and while I doubted anything other than a complete repaint job I was up a creek.
Yes I knew JP's expertise but I doubted even he could salvage what I had messed up.
I wish I knew how to post picrures on here because JP somehow someway magically made my car 100% scratch free and looking better then when I bought it.
I write this on 10/17/24 after just washing my Honda by hand using ceramic car wash then rinsing and using a rubber squegee and microfiber rag...... start to finish in maybe 15 - 20 minutes as the ceramic coating looks like glass.
JP also treated my windows with something that I was skepticle about but now would recommend having that applied to any new customers as well.
JP and Lynn I apologize for my late review but I assure you that I shall return and offline I'll recommend you to anyone asking me where I got my car detailed.

Had an issue the first day it wasn't open on time they had a mechanical failure that they were repairing. So I had to go to the next day.. but we'll see how it goes..

“This may be the best car wash I've had in the area. Like most of the car washes I have visited in the area, it's mostly self service. They have a drive through wash and free vacuums along with glass and all purpose cleaner for the spots the automatic wash missed.”

Not sure if the hot wax was applied, but it did do a decent job, plus the blow dryers did dry the car nicely. Sonic seems more affordable than other similar car washes in the area, so I take the extra trip here.”

“I can't say enough positive about "Chris" who is a supervisor at the Colonie store. I walked in initially asking if someone could look at the side exterior of my vehicle. It had a substance on it that would not wash off. Chris took the time to not only look at the issue himself and attempt to see if he could spot clean an area but also readily offered to provide the full treatment service himself, if I had immediate availability. Since I wasn't planning on such prompt service, I said I could come back the next morning. The next morning at 8am, Chris met me and went to work on my vehicle. Although he was only able to remove enough to make it less, visable, his willingness to provide excellent customer service made it all worth while. He is a wonderful asset to your company.”

“Magic Touch detailing did a great job on our interior car detail. The team of 3 showed up at our house at the scheduled time (on a Sunday afternoon no less) and were very professional and efficient. The communication up front while scheduling (and the reminder of appointment a day ahead) was great and the team was very receptive to fix a small detail that was initially missed.
