Auto car wash left soap all over my vehicle and then had to go into self wash to rinse and still left spots

Waste of time and money. Sprays some soapy water and rinsed. No underside cleaning attempted, even though the $8 wash is supposed to. No dryer. When I got home, exactly the same. No sign of cleaning at all. A rain storm cleans better.
