We rented a Starcraft with bimini last week.
The marina is at the top end of Schroon Lake.
Friendly and helpful people and we were only told "be back by 5pm"...so we had a long afternoon on the lake.
We cruised the top end and docked at Three Bears Beach Club for a sandwich and swim...perfect time of the year !...only two other people on the little beach and our dog took a dip also.
The prop photo proved that we behaved ourselves close to shore...lol

I have never delt with anyone so nice and QUICK! Our toons needed to be repaired. They did it even after a huge storm when they lost power! (I really thought the phone call was going to say my boat was in the trees or something) Great customer service ! I would highly reccomend ! We dealt with Dennis and Tina!

We rented a fishing boat for the week during the 4th of July week. The location was perfect and the marina was very convenient. Their staff was very friendly. The boat was great, came with all the gear and equipment needed. If we come back to the area, we will definitely do another rental with them. Great business!

My boat was giving me a hard time for a few weeks. I thought I could fix it. I called this marina and they got me right in the day after july 4th. Drove the boat to them changed what needed to be changed and was on the boat the same day. That is customer service with the turn around time. I will definitely be back. Don’t hesitate to use this marina they are a 5 star.

I've been through your place and tried to rent some equipment so I could have a nice day on the lake and you all were so condescending you put a terrible bitter taste in my mouth and I do not think that anybody should frequent such a business like yours it's unfortunate that people like you talk to nice people such as myself and my wife I wish there were another place that I could have gone that day but luckily Pickens had very great specials that day
I'm sure that Aubrey and Alice would have looked at you with what the hell looks on their faces. But then again I'm sure that Alan probably would have applauded your behavior

Customer service is nonexistent in the service department. Service manager, Blake is rude and should not be in a customer contact position. They are not the only game in town and I cannot recommend them. I would never do business with them again

Although my family & I weren't able to use our deck boat as much this past summer since the RAIN poured & pouredThe service crew of Schroon Lake Marina again were top-notch in service over the summer season. Fair prices & quick services

We vacationed at Schroon lake week of 7/8-7/15 and our boat starter motor broke off..Schroon lake marina towed our boat and Blake and his crew drilled out broken bolts and had the boat ready to go in 3 hours..!!! This was our first outing in our new (used) boat and we lost no time on the lake because of the outstanding service at Schroon lake marina...Thanks !!!

As always we had a wonderful day. The pontoon was very clean and worked perfectly. Blue tooth worked very well so we enjoyed great music all day. Very courteous staff See ya next July
