what a beautiful setting with such a great calming presence the moment we arrived. the grounds were waiting to explode with so many different perennials. We went into the cafe and had the famous "Island tea and a wonderful home made soup, and split two sandwiches, and even decided to indulge in the famous gooey butter cake. we then walked the grounds and conversed with Carolyn, her knowledge of the perennials was amazing, all done with such passion and love. we will surely be going back!!! thank you for your hospitality !! A++

This is a hidden gem. If you are out on an afternoon cruise in Schoharie County, stop here for a bite to eat and a chat with the caretakers. Also be sure to go home with some Island Tea-- their signature drink. We anticipate it will make a great Martini.

Great atmosphere! A wonderful cafe & tea and spice area. A beautiful setting with lakes & flowers. This farm is totally organic. Worth spending time there!
