They sold me a phone that was sub-tier I went back, told them it was hot for the three days I had it, said it was normal, called customer service ended up with a new phone and now I have three phone numbers when I actually could have just exchanged it.
I’m so annoyed.

0/10 Not sure if the whole staff is incompetent or just the two I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Also not sure why they intend on wasting people time sending them emails saying their order is READY FOR PICK UP just to say they DON’T HAVE IT IN STOCK ???? Honestly convinced one of the sales reps was hiding it for themselves.

this is the worst store and there manager is the worst, I was told to switch to verizon wireless, I have a business and our lines keep dropping call,,, I have talked with the so call district manager Travis that has lied and mis represented his company. My bill was suppose to be 170. it is now 460.00 I am paying for two internet services, and the worst service I ever could possibly.

The manager Jakob goes above and beyond in any situation. After switching my personal lines to Verizon a few months ago, I decided today to switch my business lines over as well. Not only did I leave with a brand new iPhone, but I left with a 10th gen iPad as well. Talk to them, and make the switch. With the protection plans you literally can’t go wrong!

I recently got a new phone at Altamont Ave., with Jay Patel. As a Senior, who did not grow up with a cell, Jay knowing this took the time and answered all my questions.Even showed me ways to help me. Felt so comfortable and never felt rushed. It was one of the best experiences I've had.I took several of his cards to hand out to family, friends and neighbors.
Shout-out to all SENIORS who need a person who is patient, listens and cares. JAY PATEL is your PERSON.
