this is the worst store and there manager is the worst, I was told to switch to verizon wireless, I have a business and our lines keep dropping call,,, I have talked with the so call district manager Travis that has lied and mis represented his company. My bill was suppose to be 170. it is now 460.00 I am paying for two internet services, and the worst service I ever could possibly.

Diego Dieterich and Cynthia were my representatives today. Diego was coaching Cynthia. Expert service, very knowledgeable and thorough. Give them a raise and promote. They represented the best of Verizon.

The manager Jakob goes above and beyond in any situation. After switching my personal lines to Verizon a few months ago, I decided today to switch my business lines over as well. Not only did I leave with a brand new iPhone, but I left with a 10th gen iPad as well. Talk to them, and make the switch. With the protection plans you literally can’t go wrong!

I recently got a new phone at Altamont Ave., with Jay Patel. As a Senior, who did not grow up with a cell, Jay knowing this took the time and answered all my questions.Even showed me ways to help me. Felt so comfortable and never felt rushed. It was one of the best experiences I've had.I took several of his cards to hand out to family, friends and neighbors.
Shout-out to all SENIORS who need a person who is patient, listens and cares. JAY PATEL is your PERSON.

Added my girlfriend to my plan in October and the employee took our phone as a trade in but said we wouldn’t receive credit until shipped to warehouse which we understood. Well here I am come June and still no credit for our phone and have had to pay for the new phone monthly instead. I went to the store to ask for help and the employee said the other sales rep likely stole our trade in and would get the manager involved. The manager was not there at the moment but the rep said he would call us as soon as possible and took our names. It’s a week later and the manager has still not called. I called the store and was told the manager wasn’t in annd they could just take my name again. I have now had to reach out to the store owner. I sent the owner an email and they said “I appreciate you reaching out.What is the name of the account so I can get further information for you?” which was at least some form of communication.
Hundreds of dollars given to this company,terrible communication, and a possible stolen phone. I’m not sure how this could be anything but a 1 star. Go to any other Verizon store

The store manager Jakob Brown was beyond amazing! My fiance and I got new phones and he made the process very smooth and easy! He even went the extra effort to help me log into some apps I was having trouble with. Very attentive and definitely knows what he's doing! If I have anymore problems he will be the guy I go too!!

Opened new account for iPhone 14 deal but rep didn't tell me the whole deal. Also she said sign with your finger on her tablet. This wasn't the issue, it was that she never showed me the application and later Verizon sent me this big bill 10 days later. I wasn't happy I called corporate and the woman said I couldn't return the phone. I said you're are mistaken I'll bring it back and wait for Verizon but I told her I know I got time to return it. I asked to speak to supervisor he came in and at first tried to pressure me too but I asked for the company's Register Agent spvsr didn't give info and I told him I can easily find it through the Secretary of State. He then told me I had 30 days to return phone back to the original store. Therefore, that's what I did and only to be drilled by the manager over the phone through his salerep that was in the store. He was new and the manager had left him alone in the store. However, here's the kicker the woman salerep had used his login and he didn't even know it because it was her that set up my account. Overhearing the conversation she had quit.
