They were fast, professional, and there was no pressure to be up sold on anything. I really appreciate that there was no foul language being used in the shop since I had my children in the car with me while they did the oil change.

Went to this location a week ago for my inspection with no appointment was told not needed. I passed inspection but their machine was supposedly not working. They asked me to come back in 2 hrs which I did and still wasn’t working so they told me I would have to go to different location. I call them back a week later to see if I could come back told me I would need an appointment (not true) Carlos was extremely rude and I will never go back there

The 3 men who were working today were fantastic. They were professional, informative, kind and knowledgeable. They didn't pressure us to buy or do anything extra, they were just cool guys that are great at their jobs. My fiance and I brought his truck in for a quick oil change while in the area and we will %100 be back again.

Was a bad experience. The guys said it would be a 40 minute wait before they can start my service. 4 guys there but only 2 working while running 2 bays. I got tired of waiting after an hour so backed out and left.

have been going here for 3 yrs with no issues went there today and was disrespected by the very unprofessional manager Will who is every bit of a stereotypical misogynistic mechanic when I advised him that I would be calling corporate to file a complaint his response was “call I’m not going to get fired” they will never get my business ever again Will does not belong in a customer service position much less being a manager

My husband went here to get an inspection for my car. He paid and they failed him because they didn't have the proper tools to remove the tires, even though they were able to do it last year with no issues. He took it down the road to Midas and they passed it no problem. Guess we'll be going to Midas from now on.

They stripped the head of my drain plug on my last visit causing me to replace my entire oil pan. I filed a claim for it and the manager and corporate refused to fix the issue. This is the only location I took my car to to get oil changes for the last two visits. They couldn’t get off the drain and told me to take it to a dealer annd asked me where I got my last oil change which I discussed with them was this location. The dealer I took it to told me to return to them because it was improperly done and they should be held responsible for the cost. I saw the plug from my old car it is completely mangled because they used a tightening tool and it’s not hand tightened. There is another review to this similar to this from a few months ago.I will never go back there and advise others to stay away even in an absolute emergency. Top it off and take it to the garage and dealer. I have never seen such a lack of disrespect for their customers and their ineffectiveness to take any responsibility for their faults and destruction of property.What a joke

The manager of this Valvoline was downright mean. I pulled up at 1:30 (after calling to confirm I could come in because 2 other Valveline's turned me away despite their 'no appointment needed' tagline). The manager yelled at me to stop & asked what I was there for, I said I called & confirmed I could come in for an inspection - he got upset & said there was a 2.5 hour wait and he doesn't know who told me to come because they're busy. There were 3 cars being serviced & only 2 cars in front of me, at 1:30. I believe he told me 2.5 hours in hopes I'd give up & leave. I said okay to the wait & he walked away yelling to his technicians that I "claimed" I'd called $ he didn't know how that was possible because the phone hasn't rang. My visit began with the implication that I'm a liar, followed by a series of spiteful behaviors to apparently punish me for that false offense. The wait was 1 hour in the end with a half hour inspection, and only because he favored every other customer to spite me before taking my car - he personally changed 3 cars' oil in the 30-35 minutes between my inspection starting and ending. At 2:00 pm he started turning customers away saying they needed an appointment, then started letting a few oil change cars stay around 2:30pm. He shouted to his technicians that they did 13 inspections and 16 (or 26) oil changes today, so that was good - implying they should be done. I know all this because I was one car away from the garage, my windows were open, and he projected his voice. One customer who came in when I was the only car waiting was prioritized to one of two inspection lanes despite the third non-inspection lane being open. When the technicians called that customer forward, he asked them if I could go first because of how I was waiting - I thanked him and declined, but when even other customers notice you targeting an individual, it must be pretty glaring. I waited patiently & said nothing until I was pulled in as the only car left in the lot (at 2:30pm). The manager left 1 technician to do my car while he walked around the side of the building to make a phone call, then came back yelling to his technicians about the raccoon in the dumpster. I'm standing there waiting when he turns to me & says "you gotta see this thing it's like this big" & gestures with his hands. I'm flabbergasted so I just so "wow" and continue to wait for my car. Meanwhile he drags the other technician over to the dumpster to try to leverage a stick into it so the animal would have a bridge out. When my tech finishes the inspection, he calls to the supervisor that he's done and this manager yells back "be there in a minute." I'm the only customer in the whole place, it's 3:00pm during business hours, and the manager is making me, a customer, wait for a possibly rabid raccoon while he plays with it in a dumpster? At this point I finally cracked and said "are you kidding me? I'm waiting on a raccoon?!" And I walked to the counter to pay. The manager did not meet me there, but both technicians did and processed my payment. I offered to show them my phone log to prove that I did call and that I was told to come in so that I could provide evidence I didn't deserve the ire of the manager that was directed at me this whole time. They responded that he is a "hothead" and got upset because "he probably doesn't even know it gets transferred to customer service if we don't pick up." I explained that as a manager, understanding how things function is his responsibility and there was really no reason to take that out on me. They said they understood and tried to manage the best they could to get me through. They agreed that he was behaving spitefully and it was clear they are used to dealing with this type of behavior. This location is always fast, friendly, and reliable. I love that I can sit in the car with my kids while the representatives work.There's a McDonald's next door, so sometimes, I'll swing by there first and then let everyone eat dinner in the car.The facility is neat, clean, and safe.

Brought my fiancée’s car in for an inspection after they failed her for a non existant brake issue, told them point blank that theres nothing wrong with the brakes and to re inspect it, and if there was anything wrong to tell me and ill fix it myself. they went ahead and said that a light was out and charged me for replacing it without asking if i wanted them to do it. dishonest and slimy employees at this location.Service: Electrical

This Valvoline does not value their customers. I pulled in for an inspection at Noon, I was greeted by the service manager who informed me they would not do an inspection as it is appointment only. This same service manager did an inspection on my other vehicle 2 months ago with no appointment. To make things better, the Valvoline had 0 customers so they were not even busy. The 2 technicians and Service manage would rather sit in the waiting area and talk as I watched them doing so as I pulled in rather than do their jobs. This Valvoline just lost a reliable customer who brings 3 vehicles in on a regular basis. You would expect a service manager to go above and beyond for their company and customers. What a shame.
