One clerk, several waiting in line. Service is not what it used to be. The one clerk was very pleasant but ultimately she couldn't help me with my lost package. The supervisor was helpful but couldn't give me any hard and fast information. Very frustrating to spend $10 to send a document by priority Mail and it goes missing.

Delivery guy left my package outside in the rain. My package was ripped, dirty and soaking wet. Mailman never ring the doorbell. My paper mail was even wet and destroyed. Super disappointed

Post office is ok, but the delivery people in the area are the worst if you have to sign for a package expct to just pick it up yourself here.

Mail carriers out of this location don't seem to attempt to collect signatures and will mark tracked parcels and packages delivered to meet service goals without delivering them. They show up days later and can't be tracked in the meantime as the sender has been told they are delivered. Redeliver requests online are not accepted. If you have important mail, you will have to deliver it to yourself by going to the physical location.

I walked in I got my package in about 5 minutes. The clerk was very friendly.

Live on rural route, had letter going out for 2 days, no mail truck has come by, learn how to pivot routes please,station manager should be replaced

No priority mail packages. Girl at the counter said she can't look in the back what's there is there. Which obviously nothing was there. It's a post office, that's like running out of stamps!

We live in Florida but keep a place in Schenectady for visits. My publisher sends me a certified letter/package...but the carrier, instead of checking if I was in(upstairs), takes the word of a neighbor who says the place is empty(even though my car with a Florida license plate is in the driveway and the house door is open) doesn't make an ernest attempt to deliver the package but instead leaves a slip with rescheduling/pick-up info. The pick-up info gives me a Broadalbin address, which I thought was odd but, it's NYS, right? I drive an hour out of my way to get this package which, obviously, they didn't have.I then go to this branch(which made a lot more sense)...but they tell me it's been shipped back to sender! Why leave me a slip sending me on a chase, wasting my gas and time!? Perhaps there is some re-training in order for your employees.

I was waiting on a package. I was home. Mail person left a no delivery notice without even ringing the door bell. USPS strikes again.

A solid post office. This is a good, honest post office in my experience. I have lived upstate for a while and I feel fortunate that this is my local post office because if your local one is bad it can really be the bane of one's existence regardless of how nice a place you live.I would also like to mention that the staff here are wonderful and will go out of their way to be of assistance to you which has not gone unappreciated by me. Jacob, Maddie, and Justin (new carrier) have all gone above and beyond in assisting me during a difficult time (being temporarily displaced from my apt due to construction then being moved back) and I had to mention them.Thanks so much to Jacob in particular for going out of his way to locate, scan and hand me my mail shortly after closing one rainy, stressful day when my mail was being held... the kind of customer service you don't often get.Thank you Heritage Station for hiring friendly and high quality staff.
