Love the selection but when I need to come in the morning before taking clients they are never open in time. They are the only local beauty supply that opens early on a Sunday yet when I arrive at 9:15 (they open at 9) the doors are locked, no one in sight. This has happened at least about 4 times to me.

Bad customer service. I felt triggered and attacked by the guy in the hair store. i will never go again. Good customer service is at jaedas beauty supply. that is on state street. next time they will just cash customers out instead of laughing at them and letting them wait long for 72 cents instead of using the register. the african man in this hair store didnt like me and i changed my life and been doing good. he tried to embarrass me and the store owner took his side when obviously everyone saw what happen here is my review for bad customer service.

I love the hair store. I travel from Albany to there and would not go anywhere else. You man that run the hair store is very nice and knows what I be looking for. He always have a smile on his face and talk to you with respect. I recommend you go there.
