I agree with most other reviews: hours are inconsistent and not truly "convenient" at all! If the posted hours were adhered to, it would be a huge improvement. But as it is, this place is dreadful. I will call UPS to complain and lobby for them to drop this place as a pick-up point.

The absolute worst UPS Access Point. The inconsistencies of their hours are appalling. This place is here to sell college kids beer and that's it. Tuesday at 11:30am, closed.

This place is easily the worst UPS access point. It follows no posted hours whatsoever. Whenever the owners decide to roll out of bed, it opens. If it's slow, it closes, on a Monday at 7pm. As a convenience store, whatever, I can get my beer anywhere. As an access point, where all of my packages go when I'm at work and can't sign (hint: that's all of them), it is an absolute disaster.

Place is open sporadic hours, seems to close when they please. Have stopped multiple days, multiple times and it will be randomly closed. Monday 11 am before work, closed, Tuesday 3:30 pm, closed.

This place is a dump and I'm appalled that this is a UPS Access Point. When trying to pick up a package, I found the clerk to be extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. If you can avoid doing business here, I advise that you do.

nice, clean store, friendly clerk. nice selection of snacks (bought some great pistachio chocolate from there)
