Mgr accepts phone call, puts you on hold, then never picks up the call again. If you try to call back, no one answers the phone but, if they do, puts call on hold for so long you are disconnected. Mgr can't answer a simple question, is very rude and will not return a requested phone call. The employees answering the phone are also rude. They all should be dismissed and replaced. If you absolutely have to use Trustco, use the Glenville branch. The staff is friendly and the mgr is very helpful answering any questions and very friendly.

Tried to get a mortgage with this bank. Consistently took hours or days to respond to emails or calls due to constantly being “out on meetings”. Tried for 2 weeks before giving up and going to another bank.

The worst of all the Trustco banks. They always hard time you about getting your money. They act like you are a criminal for making a withdrawal. Go to the countless others in the area. Save yourself the hassle and 30 minutes it takes to just get your money.

I always have to wait long at the drive thru. Why open a drive thru if you don’t have enough staff to run the bank. Just close it if you can’t keep up with the demand. Wasting customers time and providing worse customer service.

This bank manager will not notarize any documents unless you are a customer of the bank. This is what a teller informed me.

The service at this bank has been some of the best I have ever encountered! The staff is patient beyond belief and went way out of their way to accommodate my sight impaired Aunt. You simply do not find service like this anymore.

I have been with this bank FAR too long and I just made the decision to finally leave. The security is awful, the mobile banking app is YEARS behind on technology and accuracy, and every employee I've interacted with (at this branch and the others) is always telling me something different, or worse, doesn't have an answer to a question. I've also had issues with my card getting declined when trying to make a purchase in public when I had more than enough money in my account. The customer service is also consistently slow. Do not open an account with this bank!!
