For me Trustco Bank at Crane Street is the best place to do my banking. For the wonderful customer service they have, Especially the Manager Steve Lalloo and Teller Samantha. Steve always go beyond and above to assist me in all my banking needs. They are very professional and I appreciate the attention, courtesy and good manners they show everytime I’m in the bank. I feel very comfortable because they make me feel my business is in good hand.

This branch isn't in a great neighborhood, but the staff and manager are 110% on point. I used to wait 10-15 minutes to see a manager at the other local branches, but this one usually has no wait time and the manager there now is great... If I need anything at all, it gets done, no matter what the issue is. I travel past both branches on Altamont Avenue on my way to this office and wonder why so few people don't drive an extra half mile for the level of service I've been seeing.
