Excellent service!I upgraded my home theater system and needed some recommendations on sound. Javon came out to my home to review the existing system and made suggestions. The sound is absolutely incredible and far exceeded my expectations!

I was very happy with the installation. I went in to just buy a television and after speaking to Kevin, we scheduled a time for KC to come out and look at the setup of my new home. After answering a few questions, they came up with a plan to install the televisions and run wires so they were all hidden out of view. I was very happy with the fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service, and the fair pricing. I strongly recommend them.

I had a problem where I thought I needed to purchase and install a mesh system because my router was located too far away from the TV in question for a Roku to work. KC came out and looked at everything and all I needed to do was change the location of my router in the house. I thought I needed to have it where my computer was located. So instead of selling me equipment and service I didn't need, I simply changed the location of the router and modem. Refreshing to know there are businesses out there that do the right thing and don't screw the customer. I'll buy all my electronic stuff from Towne going forward and Everyone I know I will tell this story to. So go to Towne, They sure do "have a guy"!Thanks KC!

I had an amazing experience with Towne TV this week. Mickey(the owner) was responsive to my inquiry and offered solutions within the hour. Kevin proceeded to stay in contact with me throughout the day until he resolved my issue. This awesome service was all done without leading me prematurely into the sale of a new product. I will be purchasing from Towne based on their service, but I am now aware that their prices are competive with any other big box pricing out there. Thank You!!

We recently moved into a new house. The previous owners noted that Towne TV did an extensive and elaborate surround-sound install at our house, but from day one being here, I could not seem to get the surround sound working.I called Towne TV and was told that somebody could come over to help same day.Dyson (spelling?) and Corbin came out a few hours later, and had the system working within 20 minutes. It was a simple fiber optic cord that was needed, and boom, everything worked. They were super friendly, professional, and efficient. They even recommended and effected an alternative mounting method for the TV, so that it was mounted into studs, not just Sheetrock.A sincere thank you to all those involved in Towne TV. I would surely recommend them to anybody.

Can't recommend Towne tv! My mother had a warranty and asked the owner to call the manufacturer to see when it expired re returned and said " here's the number " that was the last time anyone in my family purchased anything from Towne . I thought of posting cause my family just seen a commercial and it reminded her of how terrible she was treated. Edit review for owner to provide clarification. First of all, you never spoke to me you dealt with my mother . She purchased a refrigerator and the compressor broke . It was many years ago and she seen a commercial of Towne and it brought back terrible memories of how she was treated. I just so happened to be at her house and decided to post on her behalf . I do not care if you been in business one month or 100 years she was treated like a trash bag and will always remember it . Prior to "here's the number " incident she was a valued Towne customer buying many big ticket items going back to the 1980's

I recently wanted to replace my old Sony 4k for a newer model. I research so many and was near Best Buy so I stopped in. They were attentive up to a point. I got all the way to checking out and because I used a check to pay they said that I was scamming them. While ridding home it dawned on me to stop at Towne TV. The owner greeted me and went through the choices with me. I told him what happened and he showed me that the TV they were trying to sell me was older and almost out of date. So Best Buy is a scam. I bought my new TV and took it home. I had some minor setup issues but one of the techs there came to my house and corrected the issues. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Don't go anywhere else. Stop at Towne TV for the best price, best service and all around best experience. I am going back today to buy another TV.

Second time in four years we have benefitted from the expertise and good service provided by this company. From the consult appointment of KC to installation, we are pleased with the excellent customer service. Initially, KC made a visit to consult on our needs. No charge for home visit! He listened and answered our questions. He prepared an estimate that was emailed to us. We approved and paid a deposit. Shortly, after an appointment for installation was set up. The plan-- *Install a new 55" Samsung TV mounted on brick wall above our fireplace. A sound bar was attached to the bottom of the TV. It will improve sound in the large family room with a vaulted ceiling. *Move the 46" Samsung TV we bought from Towne four years ago to another room, the office sitting area. It was mounted on a wall. Service men were efficient and professional. (They removed shoes in the house.) They checked with us about details including appropriate placement. After installation, an informative clear explanation of the remote settings for the tv and for the sound bar were given. They cleaned up. We highly recommend this family owned local business.
