I am extremely disappointed with the biased behavior exhibited by the Target team lead. It is disheartening to witness their blatant favoritism towards certain team members while neglecting others. This unfair treatment undermines the principles of equality and creates a toxic work environment. The team lead's biased actions hinder the growth and productivity of the team, and it is imperative that immediate action is taken to rectify this situation. All employees deserve equal opportunities and a fair chance to succeed, regardless of personal biases. Sincerely, Kalvyn

I went there a few weeks ago and cut my foot on some glass the was outside the store. When I told an employee they just said ya someone broke in. Then yesterday I push the button for help in electronics and someone radio that they were coming and never came....went down the streets to Walmart where there's no glass and got the game cheaper!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart lol

Employees very rude, have no idea what's happening and don't care. Can't get over how rude most of the employees are and unhelpful, always understaffed in the check outs and extremely long lines because of it, meanwhile there dozens of employees "stocking shelf's" who are real just on there cellphones, standing around and when you ask for help they either say "I don't know" and walk away, or say "check the app" and walk away. Worse then Walmart! Awful staff!

I prefer this Target over other Targets in the area, especially the Niskayuna Target on Balltown. The store is less cramped, they carry more items, & the staff are overall nicer & friendlier. The store also has a cleaner appearance. Yes they don't always have items available on Sunday that are offered in that weeks ad, but that's not the fault of the store or staff. It's due to corporate scheduling of the store's deliveries. If you're in the store early in the day, & the aisle are cramped with product & employees that means the store had their truck delivery that morning. If there's ever anything in the ad & you can't find it, ask an employee to look it up for you. They may be able to tell you if they have the product in the back room or if they are scheduled to get a delivery soon. Day staff have a better idea of what's on hand because they put it out on the sales floor. If there's a line at the register, be patient. They have to call staff that aren't solely cashiers that normally work doing other jobs that are time sensitive from what they're working on which can be in the other side of the store. The store isn't perfect, no store is, but they're better than others & other retailers. I'd drive an extra 15-20 minutes to go to the Glenville Target than the one 5 minutes down the road.

They don't carry items that are in the Sunday add. I went 8am Sunday morning & they didn't have an item in that mornings ad. Was told will have 8am Tuesday. But again they don't have! Employees unwilling to assist & took an oh well attitude. With Walmart gown the road & Amazon you'd think they would try harder!

Nice target that is only a few years old. I prefer this one much more than the one in Niskayuna. It is cleaner, better stocked, and merchandise isn't all over the floor. I also have noticed this target compared to the Niskayuna has much better stock of clearance items that isn't picked over like Niskayuna. If you are looking for a specific item and hoping for it to go on clearance I would definitely check this store first as they have excellent clearance items. I knocked it down a star because the Starbucks and target cafe just close way to early. They close around 3 hours before the rest of the store and always give the impression that they are understaffed with the employee from Starbucks having to run between that and the target cafe to wait on people which I find annoying and time consuming. Hire more staff for the cafe and keep it open later and it would be a five star.

One person on register at 10:30 am dealing with a line of customers. Every employee focused on stocking the store and completely ignoring customers, Not even so much as a Hello or Can I help you? Not the kind of store I would want to visit again, Especially when it's my first time there (mainly go the one in Saratoga).

This review is for the Starbucks inside Target. The woman working behind the counter today (5/4/14) was incredibly rude. Even though she saw us standing at the register, after she finished preparing the previous customer's drink she turned her back to us and started stickering product. I said, "excuse me" to get her attention and she looked at me, said "yea, I know, i need to do this first" and continued stickering. As a former Starbuck employee, I was suprised by the disrespectful attitude. Rather than wait for her to finish her very important work, I turned around and walked out without the $40+ dollars of beans I was planning on buying.

Brand-spanking new Target on Route 50 in Glenville, which is also accessible via a back entrance off Van Buren Road. This is quite convenient to the Schenectady County Ice Rink, just north of the airport. It has a full-sized Starbucks, a grocery, and is the large-sized Target layout, which makes it a significantly better destination than either the nearby Walmart or the Targets in Clifton Park or Niskayuna. They have stocked the place with chipper employees, as happens usually with new Targets, and the stock has been plentiful on both our visits. Parking is also plentiful at this location, and it's pretty busy right now. I'm always a little amazed, though, when a new Target opens up it has a bit of tired wear apparent to it from Day 1 - the same scuffed floor and slightly dingy fixtures -- this has to be something having to do with the interior materials choices they have made at Corporate. But I pick the nits here. Until the inevitable decline after a few years, this location is the shiny penny and worth a detour if you're doing serious Target-Walmat-style shopping.
