Went in for a trim and asked for the dead ends off, the hairdresser trimmed my hair and then proceeded to cut extremely short layers without blending or fixing them. I paid, went to my car and decided I could not live with this cut. I went back inside and a different hair dresser took the time to fix my hair and while I am happier with it now it is not at all what I asked for. The picture is from before I went inside again.

My daughter went to this salon and asked for A TRIM. The hairstylist started cutting layers and my daughter left with no trim and half of her hair cut at different lengths. When she went back in to ask for it to be fixed, the other hairstylist was amazing and fixed it, so it’s not what she asked for, but it is manageable for the time being

Disappointing Experience
I recently visited for a haircut, for my son and the experience did not meet my expectations.
First, the service by one of the employees that took my son was very unprofessional, the lady that definitely wasn’t a stylist, didn't listen to my son requests, seemed inexperienced. Despite my son explained what he wanted, the final result was completely different, poorly done. This woman is definitely working the wrong profession and should be held responsible for the lack of ethic. He ask to cut with scissors his ends and from no where she used the hair clipper and damaged his beautiful curls and leaving him without a hair.
My son’s hair will grow back but the lack of professionalism won’t change.
Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I do not plan to return. I hope this feedback helps the salon improve in the future.

Great experience. On time. Listened to what I wanted. Stylist very knowledgeable and competent.
Stylist: Gardenia was wonderful. This is the second or third time she had cut my hair and I love it. I actually waited a bit to come back to get a haircut as she was on maternity leave!
