This place is the absolute worst. They are not child friendly at all . I brought my two year old for a hearing test and they did not make her feelComfortable instead they kept rolling their eyes at us the whole time . Stay clear of these people . I should have went with Albany ENT

I cannot speak from an adult standpoint on this facility, however I just returned from an appointment with my 2.5 year old and I would never recommend this place for a child. It's old, dingy and to be frank, the "pediatric" audiologist was far from child friendly. I know that our son can be some what difficult, but at 2.5 what child ISN'T scared of doctors? They wanted us to bring him back in a year and I will never bring him back here.
