It’s a good place only thing is the guy has an attitude sometimes like you’re bothering him and so does his daughters or whoever those young ladies are that he works with but I hold my tongue because it’s so cheap hopefully they can work on their attitude

Steve Sargent and his staff are excellent. Ive been going to him for over 20 years and have never had a problem.The staff are efficient and patient with questions and information needed. I wouldn't go to anyone else to have my taxes completed.

Steve was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve been going to him for 15 years and he treated me like I was a burden for asking simple questions about my tax return. When I went to pay him today, he casually mentioned that he made a mistake on my taxes that was a difference of thousands of dollars, no explanation no apology and he only told me after I asked him a question about it. You are better off paying more money to go to someone who will actually communicate with you.

Our scheduled appointment landed on a day when we had a snow storm so I wasn't at all surprised that they didn't answer the phone the 4x I called before and after my appointment, but then they proceeded not to call me back AT ALL about rescheduling. I left two messages. Very unprofessional.

Been going there for years. Friendly & professional. Steve helped me resolve an issue from prior years and did it in a timely matter. He sent me copies/responses to every step he took. Very amazing person! office staff is amazing as well. Definitely recommending him to everyone I know

This man is an unprofessional/rude individual. The IRS advised me my amended return was done in error, reached out to this company to Clarify months later and was told they’d resubmit once it’s rejected. Well hold up, let’s clarify this.. why would it need to be redone if it was done correctly the first time? It WASNT! No phone call prior to submission or even after to let me know it was completed. I understand we are human and makes mistakes, however let’s try to cover up the error because that’s the professional way to do it. I was advised they don’t send out copies to their clients once an amended return is submitted, so I had no clue this happened. The best part is that I was told once I brought the error to his attention, was that he wasn’t going to do it again. So you are telling your client who pays for the service regardless of the dinky $35 you charge, that you won’t be correcting your mistake? So I’m SOL. Not the person you want handling your taxes.

Steve is great. He is very knowledgeable and been doing this for decades. He is a really hard worker and tries his best to help anyone he can with their taxes. I know the last couple years for him have been hard because so many more clients are coming to him, but he does accurate work and his prices are too fair. I have sent several friends and family to him and will continue to do so. Thanks Steve and staff

I've been pleased with the work done for me in the past, the company must be swamped because I've yet to receive any mail or word that my taxes have been done, I've certainly not received my income tax refund.
