The staff was very helpful and the system they have for exchange of old equipment was fast.

Cancelled my service and turned in my equipment ~22 hours ago, I'm still getting texts from this store every few minutes that I'm next in line.There's now so many, they're backed up in the network and I can't get texts from anyone else.

This store is large, but staffing was minimal so the wait was a bit long. However, the staff were efficient once I was helped.
