Called to ask a question, not even a quarter way through my sentence I was rudely interrupted and was unable to finish my sentence. I decided not to even finish my question because the customer service in the 15 second phone call was horrendous. will not be bringing anything here now.

I understand under staffed but she could of went in back or called who ever was the person who prices items instead of losing a sell & customer

It's the thrift store so it's people who donated things and so back at the same price not nothing expensive but it showed to help people throughout the year so you can find anything there it's just a matter of when they donated or what they donated over all this place is good though

This is a good place to get clothes Cheap different color tags are different prices. Also have employees that can help you find things. Have to check it out.

I just walked into the Salvation Army In Schenectady was told rudely that they were closed. I looked at the doors as I was walking in to see if I could see hours and none were posted and then I went online and found that it said that they were open till 7 PM this evening. I attempted to email them and it was blocked. I get that Covid has things really strange right now but you could say it nicely You are closed. It might be helpful to post the hours on the door it’s only a piece of paper that could be replaced if it changes and just be courteous and professional to potential customers.

Their website says they take furniture donations but they don't. So before you load up the car and drive all the way over there ( like I did), call ahead to see what donations they're accepting today..

4 associates ganged up on me telling me to put a mask on, meanwhile there were atleast 3 others without one on. One said I was being rude and told everyone to not cash me out.I do not have a problem putting a mask on. My issue was; why not approach me as I walk in the door. There is always a cashier upfront , or the young lady who walked past me several times putting clothing away could have asked me to. I understand some establishments are still choosing to mask up, but their approach was very unprofessional. Good will is now my go to
