Every time I come to drop off donations (at the correct time and day) they have some excuse as to why they cant take it. They should allow donations to be dropped off even without the assigned employee to that there, especially if the person is SUPPOSED to be there by 10am and it’s past that time. I plan around that time to come by and yet Im still met by an excuse. Would NOT recommend bringing donations here.
To clarify: the issue was NOT that the items brought were not in good condition for donation as mentioned in the store’s response. I’ve brought items before and nobody *ever* corroborates if they’re good to donate or should be disposed- they simply have me place it in a cart and go.

Good finds, nice employees and the store is usually nicely organized. I also have to say, I love hearing the girl in the back singing, she has a beautiful voice.

One of the nicest thrift stores in the area. I always love places like this, you never know what you'll find. I also love that purchases go towards the community & accepting donations. Drop off your old things and dig up some treasures.

A big clean and well lit store, with a good amount of empty space. The prices felt higher than the Salvation Army in Clifton Park. We ended up driving to the huge store in Latham, but still didn't get anything. Next time?

Really disappointed in this place. I took pains to make sure the clothes I donated were clean and neatly folded or hung on hangers. When I got there , I was instructed to dump it all into a large dumpster in a jumble. The dumpsters are a) hard for a short person to reach and b) very stiff and difficult to open and close. If you have nice clothes that will help someone get a job or just feel better about themselves this is not the place. No one even inspected the items to make sure they were wearable.I coulsld have dumped torn, filthy clothes in that bin and still claimed my tax deduction.
