My dog had gotten accidentally hit by a vehicle and if it wasn’t for the staff I would have lost my baby. They took GREAT care of her. My dog was so great full of the way they cared for her that she did not give them not one second of a hard time. Thank you soo much to all the workers in this clinic my dog and I our greatly thankful to all of you.

Very kind vets. Voice your needs if you need to it can get a lil crowded in the lobby sometimes. Don't forget to take a step outside if it's to much for yours or other animals then. Make sure you have a payment option available at the time of the appointment as this is YOUR responsibility. They are very caring and answer any questions you may have. They are reasonably priced for their services but price check other brand name medication elsewhere. Otherwise wonderful place.

Right off the rip, the website is WRONG and there excuse for that is. The old vet retired and took all the passwords with him. They aren’t a true hospital. They do not care if it's an emergency and they no longer do that. But still there website say they do. But again the old vet, I was told. Uncaring pieces of garbage in my opinion. Were a hospital who doesn't care what happens to your animal unless you have an appointment.

RVH has been my cat, Annabelle's vet for many years, over 10. The staff has always been kind and attentive. Annabelle would have been 17, April 25th, she was an old kitty. Two weeks ago, she passed. The staff was so wonderful. Thank you all RVH for the years of care and helping us with Annabelle's last days. We appreciate your help...so much.

Not a client but my 14 year old cat was at the end of his life and I was calling around to places local to me that might help him pass on peacefully. Going to the vet was stressful enough for him so I was looking for something in my hometown. I left a voicemail but never got a return call….i guess it shouldn’t have shocked me because when I tried to call to get him an appointment in November because he seemed off I also never received a call back after leaving a voicemail. maybe it’s because I’m not a client but I would have at least expected someone to reach out to say hey we can’t help you . Saying this as someone who works in customer relations and has also worked in the vet med field. Luckily another local vet was able to fit me in and ease his suffering.

Uneducated, veterinarian, I believe Dr. Anna got her degree at home on a computer where someone else was answering the questions for her. This so called vet tried to treat a skin bacterial ringworm parasites with allergy meds

The office promptly called me, when they had a cancellation. I brought my 9 week old kitten in for her initial visit. I'm very impressed with the skill and attention given by Megan (Vet Tech). She made me, and Sweety-pie, feel very comfortable. Thank you, Megan!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t bring your pet here unless you want them to hold your pet unless you euthanize.
