The name "Reliable moving services" is hilarious to be honest. He takes two deposits about 1 week before my move. On the day of the move, he delays my move time over and over and then ultimately tells me he doesnt have a truck and asks that I postpone my move. Then refuses to return the deposit when I tell him that I can't postpone. Completely unprofessional and dreadful service. After reading other reviews with the same experience, it is clear this guy is a scammer

Facilitated a really tough job quickly & safely. Moving a really heavy wood stove - these strong men put every ounce of muscle into it without any issues or complaint and we were in the middle of a thunderstorm! Highly recommended if you want a good job done expediently at a fair price, with skilled, strong workers who will do all they can to get your move done to your satisfaction!

The guys were on time, worked efficiently, and completed the work with no problems whatsoever. We have used them previously, and have always had an excellent experience. I recommend them highly!4/20/22: Another great job by our go-to movers! They were fast, careful, cooperative, and hard working! We so appreciate their excellent work, and their willingness to accommodate us when we needed to change our move date.

These people are thieves. Leading up to our move, they began asking for more and more money upfront. On the day of the move, they sent us a message that their truck wouldn't start. Regardless of whether or not that was true, they could not do our job. Once that was established, they instantly stopped responding to messages and sending our phone calls to voice mail and stole our money. I now know that the truck wouldnt start excuse was B.S. as I met someone who was given the same exact excuse, almost word for word from these people. Not only should you not do business with these people, but they should be shut down immediately due to the number of people they have scammed.

I needed a baby grand piano moved asap, and Dustin fit me in the next day. The price was fair, and their experience showed. They had the right equipment, and they were in and out in less than a half hour. Great job. I highly recommend Reliable Moving.

Dustin and his crew were fantastic! It was a difficult move with lots of heavy furniture and a second floor apartment. The guys were very professional, prompt and accommodating. This was our fourth move in two years and hands down the best.

My daughter scheduled a move with them and they claimed they called her once to cancel and left a message. There is absolutely no record of the call and no message on the phone; there was no attempt to reach out to her everyday - but made no attempt. She had to call them to find out it was canceled. They just failed to show up. After she was finally able to reach them they could not help her find an alternative. Unprofessional and unreliable .

I booked this company a month in advance. Dustin did not show up on my moving date nor bothered to call me. Totally unprofessional. When I told him he needed to find an alternative solution for us, he hung up on me. Because of this, I had to scramble to find another moving company that would move us on the day of our scheduled move. We were charged an exorbitant price as a result. It’s a joke that this place is called “Reliable Moving”

Did not even call or show up for my daughters move.—horrible and unprofessional! Their phone wasn’t accepting calls when I tried to contact them. Don’t use them unless you want to get stuck!
