DO NOT FINANCE ANY FURNITURE FROM HERE THE COMPANY TD RETAIL CARD SERVICES THEY MAKE YOU DEAL WITH IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE THE SYSTEM IS ALWAYS DOWN SO YOU CAN NEVER PAY YOUR BILL AN RESULTS IN THEM CHARGING YOU MULTIPLE FEES AN EVEN WHEN YOU PAY THE FEES THEY TELL YOU IT WAS CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT MINIMUM PAYMENT SO YOU HAVE TO PAY MULTIPLE PAYMENTS IN ONE MONTH JUS LT TO SATISFY YOUR MINIMUM PAYMENT HONESTLY I WOULD MICH RATHER JUST RETURN THE FURNITURE THEN HAVE TO DEAL WITH THERE ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES ALL AROUND TERRIBLE SERVICE WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD JUST A VERY UNLPEASANT EXPERIENCE LOVE MY FURNITURE BUT THATS ABOUT IT WISH THEY WOULD FIND A WAY TO ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMERS WHO GO THROUGH HELL JUST TO PAY THEM THEIR MONEY FOR THE FURNITURE YOU PURCHASED BUT INSTEAD THEY JUST PUT IT ON TD BANK AND TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING EITHER OF THEM CAN DO FOR YOU

The customer service was good and I didn’t feel pressure to buy at all. However, I was given the wrong delivery date when I was checking out. Thankfully I followed up the next day to confirm the delivery date that was provided to me. At that time I was told the delivery date was two days earlier than the date I was originally provided. I wouldn’t have been home on that date. The communication was lacking and this experience would have been horrible if I didn’t follow up. They were able to move my delivery date to what I was originally told and everything worked out.
