I had a question on my credit card for a large amount spent at the Lenox store. The manager, Dave, and the front end manager, Barbara, were so nice and helpful and solved the mystery, which was correct amount. Thank you Dave & Barbara

Hey Price Chopper team! I like your stores a lot. I shop at store #3 in Troy. The prices are usually competitive, and you carry some good brands that stand by their quality (Florida's Natural, Vermont Creamery, Cento tomatoes, etc...) BUT your self checkout systems are terrible, and they've been bad for years. They are SLOW. I find myself waiting for the machine to figure itself out all the time. The computer takes forever to transition from one checkout step to another. The weight change indicator allowing the next item to be scanned takes way too long, the barcode scanner is super finicky, and the final credit card read is slow. I can't think of a store with a worse self-checkout experience Take a look at what Hannaford is using in their Troy store, they are some of the best I've used.

To start with this is been an ongoing problem. Either the meat is close to end date or let say I bought pork chops and they were so tough that you couldn't eat them just horrible and I marinated for several hours and Bake absolutely horrific and this is not the first time ...your buying huge hogs.. and they r the worse. I'm done with the meat at price chopper will support a farm stand , even your steaks are tough , chicken should never be tough and i have it .... I know how to cook I run a restaurant. Very very upset for the prices that are being charged and having to throw it out . Change is good and I will move on. I know the sale barns that beef , pork etc are sold at so I see what goes through the auction and the price per pound it sells for , your over charging g and bad choices.And I know you won't correct the problem , but at least it being seen by other people .

Hamilton NY Market 32 has gone down hill since the Last few years. Always out of product that I buy. Has had no whole chickens for the last 5 days days. Very disappointing. I guess I'll be going to Hanafords in Clinton.

It isn't bad enough that your prices are high, You'll now charging the public for your single ply toilet paper grocery bags that tear before you leave the store.....shame on you price chopper!

went to the Johnstown N.Y.store snd walk directly to the deli counter . The girl there was cutting something on the slicer so I waited fir a few minutes to wait on me . She took what she sliced towards the back and finally came out and said (What do you need very curt like ) So i asked for a 1/2 lb of Finlandia lacy swiss cheese .She immediately said to me in another curt voice (we don’t have it ).I walked away and then saw her go out the back door . Another girl then came on snd I asked her for the very same order . I got my cheese !!! Then went ti the Customer Service desk and asked for the manager . See seemed less concerned as the girl I had at the deli counter . Time to Switch to Hannaford .Not the way you should treat your customers !!!!!!!

Customer service was HORRIBLE in seafood department. Could not order steamed lobsters in advanced. When I got there at 5pm to get them steamed they said steamer closed at 3pm. No manager in store to speak to. Why Told about this when called? I will drive a half hour to do my grocery shopping at going forward. Your store in Fulton SUCKS.

Literally injured in one of the stores and corporate couldn't be bothered to do the right thing. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.. apparently a customer injured in store must pay their own medical bill too. What a terrible company

This weeks add on Pepsi product is very deceiving. Buy 2 at 9.49 get one free. I look at this and it gives me the impression I’m getting all three for 9.49. It should read buy 2 at 9.49 EACH get one free. Stop the deceptive advertising.

Price Chopper in Catskill ny,NY, many issues that need to be fixed,1.manager on duty was very rude to me(Christine),I got a ranchers last month I asked her when it may come in,her reply"you shit out of luck,it has been ordered, throw it out it's no good,cashier was rude as well,2. Why do customers have to bag their own groceries, don't cashier get paid for that,I have a hard time bagging each time,they rush.That is it these problems has occurred way too many times,if not fixed your store will lose my business for good. After all I am not rude to them,3. I ask for help with my groceries, no one help me.

Since before Christmas the Price Chopper on Washington St in Middletown Ct has not been able to print legible store coupons. Management has had 100’s of complaints and has said that they reported it and no one has come to the store to resolve this issue. Costumer’s keep your store running its the least you can do to come and fix this issue. I would appreciate a response to my email. Thanks in advance.
