Other than the nasty receiving lady licking her fingers before touching every page of paper, my experience was good. In and out in about 2 1/2 hours.

Came early and they gave me a door and unloaded me right away. But for some unknown reason it is taking them longer than two hours to get the paperwork from the dock to the office so I can leave.

Husband worked here for a week and a half they refused to help him with direct deposit just told him they would mail him his checks if he couldnt figure it out himself horrible place to work if you dont already know half the staff who work here

Third time here. As always quick check in after stopping at the always polite guard shack. Put me in door immediately and started unloading within 10 minutes. Finished in 45 ( full trailer).Received text 20 after that to pay lumper fee. Another 20 to say bills were ready.As always a nice stop. Good job

4am appointment - guards were very professional and pleasant - received clear instructions - enormous area to back - got door right away, unloaded and paperwork in hand in just over an hour (even though I arrived an hour late due to accident delay on I-90). Lumper fee was reasonable.

The Price chopper Golem reigns supreme over her crapstone minions. Perched high upon a five legged swivel chair with only four wheels that she stole from the dumpster outside the local Kmart once they shut their doors for good, she prefers to finish her conversation with the unpaid intern about her latest batch of scratch-off lottery tickets rather than pause for a moment to acknowledge the other human being standing on the opposite side of her mucus covered plexiglass barrier. Another one added to the sh!t list.

Normally I am on the cold side, staff are generally pleasant on that side. This dry side staff seem bothered and short but it maybe the end or start of their shift so no biggie. Unloads are by Capstone, so you know how that is. Payments are all digital.Lot is large with plenty of space to move about, and tons of room for backing, cold side can get busy in the mornings but just be patient.NO OVERNIGHT PARKINGThere is a Pilot Down the street but get there early or have a paid spot, gets ridiculous down there. Also a Walmart 6.7 miles away north of the city with parking, park near the end of the lot not behind building. But not the safest in terms of crime rate and theft.
