I am incredibly disappointed at my recent experience at Pede Brothers. I have been going to Pede Brothers for years as has my family and friends. I basically grew up on the food. The store is however not the same quality as it was when the original owner Romolo owned the place. He made real authentic pasta and he had Italian custom. The kids who took over the business are incredibly rude, unaccustomed, and are running the business into the ground. This is the perfect case of nepotism kills business. I will be making my pasta at home now or going to restaurant Depot in Albany.

Have tried their ravioli and tortellini. Will not buy again! The filling was minimal and had a gritty texture to it and a strange taste. The tortellini was very bland with hardly any filling.

Great service. Food always good.
They make their own egg noodles.
Which for soups. Also regular egg noodles.

I have bought your cheese ravioli for the last time. I have never seen such a small amount of cheese in a ravioli. If you are trying to cut costs it is a terrible way to do it. I would rather pay more for a product if it is made properly and tastefully.

I stop by to pick up frozen meatballs and pastas. The quality is very good. I was surprised to see the large meatball bag went from $20 to $22 and now $30. Major price increase within a year???

Best frozen ravioli and stuffed shells. I think they're as good as restaurant quality. I get them at Market Basket and Hannaford around Boston.

A friend turned me on to Pede Bros large round cheese ravioli. What a treat! The pasta has a fresh made texture and taste. Thete is an abundant amount of cheese filling in each ravioli. Only problem is finding them in AZ and CA.
