I just recently bought a Kia from here and had a great experience! The car is a good value and very clean and the dealer was very accommodating. He even took pictures of us with the car which was so nice. I was on a very short timeline and he was able to get me in a car within 2 days! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good experience!

We bought our first vehicle here last year. The seller scammed us with a defective car; the subframe was all rusted and broke while I was driving to school with my son. Luckily, we didn't get hurt, but we were unable to use the car during the toughest times in winter as he refused to find a solution. Finally, he had to pay for the repairs after months and a complaint with the DMV. Also both, he and the shop that did the inspection are now under investigation-.We had the worst experience here, so BE VERY AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Arbab was AWESOME!! He really went above and beyond,we had to find a ride to the office the first time and he came to our house to sign paperwork and payment the next day. Then he took care of the DMV so we didn't have to go there AND then they BROUGHT the truck to us at our home!! Very friendly and outgoing. I will recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE !!!

Bought a 2010 Mazda 3. It had been a long time since I had bought a used car from a dealership, and Pak Auto made it a very accommodating experience. Car runs and drives great! (for a cheap but speedy Japanese car anyway haha. More of a dig on Mazda there). I dealt with Arbab, and while he was very gentle and professional (no hassle or hustle) he also provided me an ample amount of time to test drive the car, ask questions and gave me a very reasonable approach to mull it over. I put a small deposit down on the car for them to hold it for me, and had I wanted to back out of purchasing the car, after up to 5 days it would have only cost me $50 (very reasonable).After my purchase, there was a small issue with one of the belts making some noise, but Arbab was more than happy to help me get the car looked at and a fix applied. I would definitely recommend them as they seem to run a very honorable business.As with purchasing any used car, a few pro tips:*Take your time examining the car, testing all the features and test drive it until you're certain it's the car for you.*Take advantage of their willingness to hold the car for you to mull it over. Maybe even come back for a second test drive before purchasing.*Ask lots of questions. They provide car faxes so anything that sticks out there is worth asking about.Overall a great car buying experience. Happy hunting!

Saw a car in Facebook marketplace. Make an appointment for my friend. He went there nobody was there and the car was not there either. Text him he said to come after Tuesday don’t give me a reason to why make appointment and not show up. I told my friend to go back on Wednesday. He want the second time again nobody was there. I text him again because now it’s 2 times that my friend took a Uber and drove over 1 hrs to see this car. And see if he can meet up my friend. He said we are too slow and we took vacation so come back next week ? very unprofessional.
