“This is a place straight out of my most beautiful dreams! The owner is such a wonderful person her passion bleeds through the whole shop. She is so knowledgeable and willing to teach. This is one of my favorite if not my favorite plant shop I’ve ever seen. Even the ones in NYC do not compare. So happy this place exists up here. I’ve bought some and will continue to buy plants here. Do yourself a favor no matter what your plant experience is visit this shop and grab a plant. If you’re unsure of care just ask she will inform you. She even helped me correct a mistake I made on one of my plants. In short go and enjoy the experience!”

“Almost a perfect Home Depot. Except unswept and egregiously dirty. If I have to wear a Covid mask to mask the dust and garbage stench, chances are I will not come back.The staff in the kitchen section was very friendly and took a few minutes to chat me up and tell me different ways to solve a home-related shelving idea. The guy in this section told me what he used to do for a living in Manhattan and that gave me some color and flavor as to his expertise and general knowledge of the questions I was asking. Really great staff!Items are marked and well-stocked. Isles were easy to navigate compared to some other small homeware shops. Unfortunately, like I said: There was sawdust all over the place, candy wrappers, water bottles, trash, nails, used Kleenex, papers, flyers and none of the carts were clean, unsticky or NOT grimy or rusted. Great staff. Easy isles. Floors were a hellhole!Clean the entrance, car lot and the ISLES for goodness sake.Review: 4”

“Spring, April 2023, and it's cold plant season. Was able to get a few things I didn't start myself and walked away happy today.Hewitt's has been fantastic in the 15th year I've been here. Everything from floral and vegetables, plus grilling propane tanks, to Christmas decorations. Customer service is wonderful. Only once, I returned a shrub that failed and they graciously did an exchange. Friendly advice on all questions.I also landscaped our property with evergreens that now need professional trimmings. They have been that successful. Highly recommend!”
