I wish I could leave a lower rating. Also does business under “warm car now” which leads you here from his site. Sells inoperable products and then try’s to belittle you on the phone. Terrible customer support, terrible business moto/ practices. I’d run from this place as fast as I could.

Bought starter from them on eBay.shipped fast, and reasonably priced. His costumer service is on point. Turns out I had a blown fuse he was with me the whole way tried to help trouble shoot and helped me find the fuse that was not labeled and blown....highly recommend buying plug n play starter from them because of customer service. Ty..will be buying from them again

Great customer service! Stayed on the phone with me for hours trying to diagnose the issue with hooking up the remote starter on my ram 3500. Ended up being and issue on my truck and still was willing to help resolve it in order to get his unit working even though it wasn't his issue. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thanks again

Terrible customer service. The starter doesn’t work AT ALL. We have called, left voicemails, and multiple emails. Been weeks and have yet to hear back.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a remote starter for my pickup. Everything was flawless. Purchased a remote starter for my parents vehicle. Didn't connect to the csr. The website was vague and didn't say anything about working with a certain version. I called multiple times to get help. No answer. I messaged and emailed with no answer. When I received am answer the owner basiclsaid ite my problem and I have to deal with it. $200 wasted. If I could go back I would return my pick up remote start and purchase elsewhere. If in any doubt that it may jot work for your vehicle, don't purchase because you will be stuck with paper weights that just sit on the shelf and won't be returnable. 0 STARS

Remote start for 2015 Chevy Colorado. A+++ service! Smooth transaction and when I made a mistake during installation they responded to my text in just minutes!! Corrected my mistake and bam it worked. Could not recommend more!!

I bought the Remote Start EVO kit for my F-150 2010 Lariat. It works like a charm. I recieved a lot of help as I had eextra cables and I myself got confused with wiring. I try to be nice in reviews, but I feel I need to warn others to avoid the WarmCarNow online store completely. The owner of this one-man show (Paul) is rude and refuses to actually help at all. I was sent a different item than I ordered and was blamed for the error, saying that I needed to reorder and pay again to receive the correct item. Even when I agreed to this, again my better judgement, Paul stopped responding entirely. Now I'm stuck with the wrong product with no way to return it. I honestly didn't know there were still companies in business with this terrible of customer service, and I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't soon. In case you need more proof of the horrible customer service, just look at some of Paul's replies to these reviews, you'll get my point. Shop elsewhere.

The remote start has worked great for the last few weeks after installing it in my daughter's Honda CRV.One thing to note however is that I ordered the remote start to activate with Lock-Unlock-Lock. It was noted that way in the order and was highlighted that way on the unit when I received it. When I installed the unit, it didn't work with the Lock-Unlock-Lock sequence it worked with the Lock-Lock-Lock sequence (with the car horn beeps). When I emailed the company and asked if there was anything that could be done, the response was only thing that can be done is connect it to a flash programmer and asked me what the serial number of the unit is. I provided the serial number and have not received any additional response over the last two weeks.So to summarize, the remote start is working great over the last few weeks, but I would not recommend a company that doesn't respond to it's customers and doesn't provide a simple apology when it makes a mistake.

I***ZERO STARS*** Ordered A starter back in January that was sent to the wrong address. Thought it had been my fault but there were two different zip codes on the order and the package. Contacted the company when USPS sent it back for and invalid address. They then told me they’d ship it to me and since then it’s been radio silence. Can’t get a hold of them and They wont resend it or refund me. I’d pay for the shipping again. Even with the proof plus a picture they sent me of proof the received the package… nothing. If you buy anything from them get buyers protection through PayPal or EBAY because that’s the only way I’m getting my money back...... (In response to Warmcarnow) This is what im talking about, If you had a clue you'd realize I didnt order my part on EBAY. Also why should I have to wait days on end to hear back from you about this issue. 1. I my address is automatically in paypal and my purchases have always gone to the right place. I only escalated it to a claim after you accused me of trying to get free stuff from you and after I sent you all the tracking info. Lastly the only way the item wold have shipped again is if you would have shipped it because i recieved the email saying you recieved it. Clearly I should have checked before doing business with you. I've already purchased and recieved a new on in the amount of time it took you to respond. Lesson learned

Ordered a remote starter for my wife's RAV4 a few months ago. Simple installation and great instructional video, works extremely well and had the extra hook ups for the additional accessories!

I bought the 3X Plug and Play remote start for my Rogue 2011. The equipment was not listed for my intelligent key model but I needed to get it installed before the real cold weather arrive. Technical support was excellent. Helped with ensuring the system work through out the installation. Quick response and immediately ship additional parts when needed. I feel no worries to purchase again since I know by experienced that they will back you with technical help. They are expert on the products.
