Great customer service! Stayed on the phone with me for hours trying to diagnose the issue with hooking up the remote starter on my ram 3500. Ended up being and issue on my truck and still was willing to help resolve it in order to get his unit working even though it wasn't his issue. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thanks...
