A representative of Metro Ford came to my house to replace the defective and dangerous driver airbag that was the subject of a recall. It was very much appreciated that this repair was done at my residence saving me the necessity of having to go to the dealership. An example of excellent customer service.

My husband scheduled an appointment with the central scheduler for the earliest possible appointment on Saturday morning. They offered 10am as the earliest time so that is what he took. While we were on our way to the appointment (an hour and 15 minute drive for us) he received a call from Yvonne (8:52am) confirming our appointment at 10. He confirmed that we were on our way.
We arrived early, around 9:45 and checked in to let them know we'd arrived early. They went to bring the vehicle around for us to test drive only to find that AJ had swooped in and scheduled a second test drive with a known previous customer for 9:30 without going through the scheduler but knowing full well that there was a 10:00 appointment scheduled on the same vehicle.
We waited until 10:15 for the vehicle to return and when it still had not returned, we decided to leave as it was a high probability that the test driver was going to purchase the vehicle and we were wasting our time.
This being our first experience with Metro Ford we feel we dodged a bullet on this one if this is they type of customer service they offer with no regard for wasting our time.
We received a call from the scheduler after we left telling us that the vehicle had returned and was available for the test drive. We declined. It appears that AJ not only lost his sale with the previous customer but he lost our sale as well.

I found my the truck I wanted on their website and drove 4 hours to buy it. There were a few hiccups only because I live so far away and the deal had to be completely done before I headed there. AJ my salesman made everything so easy and his professionalism and attention to detail made it a great experience. I would 100% travel there to buy my next Ford

Always helpful in the service department and keep you updated every step of the way. I run the fleet department at my job and they are easy to work with and always with a great attitude. Highly recommend for commercial and personal services.

Completely lied about online deal they are promoting. Messaged with a rep. on their site to confirm the deal is available and the truck I wanted to look at was available. Made an appointment to go to the dealer later that day.
Went to the dealer, had to show the associate the special and confirmed I was fine to put the required $2,500 down for the lease. He goes into (I assume) the manager's office and comes back. Tells me the deal is wrong and I'd have to put down another $7,000! That's just insane, man. Says the "Ad agency" (what is this the '80s?) put the wrong information on the deal.
So it's either a lack of attention to detail, or just lying and trying to make some b.s. up. The numbers didn't even make sense with that much money down as the new deal would be about $700 more than their previously offered deal before tax and DMV fees. Clearly just made something up on the spot and didn't care. Insane.
Anthony was nice for the most part, but man was that situation just screwed up.

I had a transmission issue, the service rep told me when I dropped it off that they were running six to eight weeks behind for transmission repairs. I told him we were headed out on vacation in two weeks. Lucky for me it was a smaller transmission repair and they got it done before we left. I appreciate them looking at my truck and trying to fit it in. The service rep was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Great experience!

My job requires a lot of driving, and I am constantly replacing my vehicles. This is my second time at Metro Ford, and no other dealership has ever provided me with better service. Darlene, Yvonne, and TJ were very helpful and very professional. I couldn't be happier.

They have the worst customer service dept…They are not very inviting and act like your there causing them a problem…Also the manager allows them to call you names over the intercom…They deserve to be sued…Think Again before using this lousy company…Go to Depaula …They treat you great and wanna help you with your service…

I give one star only because everyone is very friendly and professional. Otherwise, I will not go back for service unless there is a recall on my vehicle or I need something very specific to my model. Metro Ford service dept. just takes too long! My vehicle is almost always there overnight and, this last time, they had it for four days! Unacceptable.
