We went significantly out of our way to come to this Lowes because it's the only one in the area with the tile we're looking for, according to the Lowe's website.After about 30 minutes of looking, with a store employee's help, the hundreds of pieces of 3x12 tile are somehow nowhere to be found.

I was at this store on 1,6,2024 I was helped by Deb Nancy and Tim Deb helped me pick out a snowblower and them Tim helped me load not only the snow blower and 3cbags of rock salt and Nancy rung me out kudos to all of you thank you for the awesome customer service it was greatly appreciated the snow blower works great thanks susie baker

Ordered a new fridge on 25 November 2023, delivery was scheduled for 27 December. Took the day off for delivery and moved my old fridge out to the garage. The afternoon of the 26th (by time I checked my email the evening) received an email saying my delivery was pushed to January 11th. No explanation, no coordination, just wait two more weeks because Lowes said so, while losing money not being at work, and the manual labor of moving the old fridge.Called and I spoke with one of the head cashiers (Will) helpful and said a manager would call me back. Steve (I think store manager) calls and says there is nothing they can or will do.Steve seemed very uncaring and mater-of-fact, not that there lack of ability to hold up their requirement feel short and I MUST deal with it. No thanks. Cancelled the order and wont go back. I am now a Home Depot shopper, thanks Steve. I will also be shopping more local. Businesses caring about customers is important; Steve doesn’t care.

The manager lady, at Niskayuna Lowes, can bodily lie to your face with contradicting policies within the same conversation, giving a hard time to process a return bought only a couple days ago. OFR item was sold and delivered when promised a new in box item. It was a snow thrower that was rusty, missing parts, missing warning stickers, missing manual, and was excessively greased as if used. Thankfully multiple associates came to my rescue and aided me in making a purchase and pickup at another Lowes, their help was night and day compared to their mean manager. Can confirm the new item was much better, brand new.

What a disappointment I bought 2 air conditioners and one last set a month and the other 1 is still working but I tried to return the other one, and the girl told me that they couldn't take it back because it was over 30 days. Way to stand behind your products. I'll never spend another nickel at Lowe's. And I'm gonna go cancel my card right now.I called you and got no satisfaction or suggestion of help. just more disappointed

It is a hit or a miss for me sometimes the workers want to help and sometimes they don't I was not happy at all the workers should be more knowledgeable and if they don't know something they should try to find out the correct information before they give you the wrong information

Just like all the "home improvement" warehouses, there is less and less of a selection of actual stuff a good contractor would use and more and more junk a homeowner would be tempted to buy. There is a reason lumber yards are still in business. Staff the store with people who worked in the trade and stock it with high quality products and prime grade lumber and I might shop there for non emergency items. I can't tell you the number of times the "electrical" department gave me advice that would either not pass inspection or would outright burn my hose down

Lowes…Where the paint might dry faster than the approval of your vacation time. Tried to prioritize my education and got a crash course in unemployment instead. Their selection of home improvement tools is impressive, but good luck finding tools for employee support. Would recommend for a DIY project, not so much for job security. Prioritizing your education is seen As a one way ticket to unemployment by this place... but friendly reminder. it's just a stepping stone on your employees journey but it’s the furthest you’ll go in your career. Remember to treat each employee with respect and understanding, because anyway goodluck pushing those carts?

It used to be that Home Depot was the place to go to get ignored by disinterested teenagers. Lowe's is making up the gap lately. Normally, I don't require the assistance of floor staff. I just look at the app to find things, but when the item is on a top shelf, you are kind of at their mercy. After asking the register at the garden dept. for assistance, waiting 20 minutes (in the summer heat no less) then visiting the customer service desk, staffed by some helpless newbie, who simply pages for help again, and then waiting another 30 minutes, I ended up dragging a ladder across the store and getting it myself. This was on a weekend afternoon no less, not some weird off weekday hour nor was the store particularly busy. Fortunately, this is just one bad instance but overall it seems like there's a lot less people around and a lot of them don't seem to care about their job. I get that the pandemic made hiring quality staff on the cheap a bit harder, but it's over now and this is the economy we are in. How about you let the board and C-suite skip upgrading their yachts for a year and invest a little in making your pay packages more attractive so you can acquire more interested staff.
